My 30,000 mile tuneup went off without a hitch.

My 30,000 mile tuneup went off without a hitch. The workers were very polite, the work was completed in the timeframe provided, and I always enjoy the mechanic’s video recap. The only downside was the service provided when I called back the next day. They had recommended new tires. When I called, I got hung up on after being transferred and then put up on hold for 5 minutes trying to get someone in the parts department. For $1700 tires, I took my business to Discount Tire for a little more prompt service and attention.

I had to wait close to 3 months to have my car serviced,

I had to wait close to 3 months to have my car serviced, from the scheduled date. My car only needed replacement of stereo amplifier and fuse module. The insurance supplemental payment was approved quickly. 3 months is too long to wait for such a simple repair.
