I went to the dealership to see a specific truck.

I went to the dealership to see a specific truck. Amanda showed me the truck and took me on a test drive. It was exactly what I was looking for. We talked deal and I bought it. I love my Colorado ZR2. Now here is the “It’s a small world” part. During our conversations we found out we were from the same town in Vermont! I’m not saying I bought the truck for that reason but the connection certainly helped us communicate and get the deal we both needed. I’m a Chevy guy and when I look for a new truck I’ll start with Jim Ellis Chevrolet

Kyle just insane, amazing and wonderful guy. I couldn’t be more happier than I am. I never had in my life better experience with the dealerships. These guy did everything above and beyond he even deliver the car which I like far from dealership 350 miles far away these dude just amazing

Purchased a 2022 Malibu in November 2024, 3 months later

Purchased a 2022 Malibu in November 2024, 3 months later engine light came on due to turbo boost engine pressure low. We've taken it back to the dealer 3 times and the engine light came on again with the same code. 18k in cash for a piece of junk!

Easy, no pressure, efficient process. Amanda B did awesome job handling everything from start to finish. The gentleman in the Finance Department was a pleasure to work with as well. Amanda went out of her way to help us.

Amanda went out of her way to help us. She carefully went over the new vehicle and all the features and made sure we had no questions, even told me that if I needed anything that I could call or text her at any time. She was very thorough with everything, and I will be recommending her to anyone I can.
