2017 Bolt purchase

Positive attitude, helpful, friendly. Desired car was available which was charged, clean and ready to go. Informative staff. Willing to negotiate price. Charging stations available for use after purchase.

Great salesman, Great car!

We saw the car on Cars.com and called to set up an appointment to see the car the next day. We drove four hours to the dealership and met Stacey Craft, our salesman, and he showed us an almost perfect used Corvette. We made a good deal on our trade and drove our "new" Corvette back home. I would highly recommend Stacey Craft to help anyone find a quality used or new car.

Great experience!

Bought our pre-owned Nissan Armada from Dino Hill at Jim Ellis Chevy. Dino was a super nice guy and went out of his way to make our purchase a great experience. We got stuck in traffic and didn't arrive until late but Dino stayed on it until we got the deal done. My wife and I highly recommend seeing Dino for the purchase of your next vehicle.

Purchased New 2017 Suburban

Jeremy went out of his way to accommodate me as a customer. This is the 3rd car I've purchased in my lifetime and it was by far the best experience. Due to the previous two bad experiences I was a little apprehensive to trust the dealership/finance team but my experience was great. Low pressure salesman (David Faulkner) and finance team. They didn't make me feel like they just wanted to get a deal done, they truly cared about my experience and wanted to be sure I was happy before executing any deal. Kevin Cummings was also great, he negotiated a great deal for both sides I believe. Far better tactics than Rick Hendrick.

Very flexible and willing to work for your business.

Dino was very helpful and patient. From the time I arrived to when I left the lot was over 1 week, due to work and a family emergency. Dino knew I was interested and serious and worked with me over the whole process.

Outstanding!

Carpets don't match the drapes

It would be nice if the vehicle matched the description in the ad. Features that were explicitly stated as present on the car were not there. No explanation given. Frankly, not even an apology or "oops." Which is fine, but it could be a problem if your time happens to be super valuable. Typical process: they want to sell a car and get as much out of the transaction as possible. They are resistant to you wanting to get as much out of the process as possible so I had to repeat myself 10 or 15 times before the sales team got it. Once they did, everything was fine. Probably spent 90 minutes in the dealership. Oh, they are really unhappy to honor written statements around price. I had a written price from their online sales team and they were really not excited about that price. I heard a couple of mentions about the price being too low and not matching their computer. In the end I was able to purchase at that price so I give them credit for honoring their written word. In the end I just can't see myself ever returning to this dealership.

Great service.

I had a great experience at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. The staff was easy to work with and made sure I had the best vehicle and price for what I needed. They did not try to haggle me any. I was very thankful that the whole process went very smoothly. The ac was not working and within one day it was repaired and working. In the mean time I was given a great vehicle to drive home in and they brought my new vehicle to me the next day.
