Sergey kept me up to speed on developments during the service and expectations about when it would be completed. He was also thoughtful and honest in his recommendations about what services we should do to the car. I hope to work with him again.

As a long time customer i was initially disappointed my previous service advisor, Issac, had left the dealership in order to work closer to home. I am happy to highly recommend my new service advisor Tony Betancourt. He is awesome and very professional. He took great care of me, He called to update me and my car was ready earlier than initially promised.

Service was a breeze! The dealership provided a loaner vehicle for my added convenience. There were no surprise costs or issues. Everything they said would be done, was completed on time and for the same originally quoted price.

Great customer service from the service associate and from the from the beverage agent. We also found a solution after a diagnostic and a complimentary car wash, second to none

Tony was great in explaining what needed to be done both before and after it was done. He kept me apprised of the progress that was being made during the servicing, and notified me as to when it would be finished so that I could plan to pick it up without wasting time. He took the time afterward to go over everything that was done, and assured me that he would follow-up after the weekend to make sure that everything was still good. (He did, and it was.) I hope that he's there for my next servicing or other issue. Larry

Tommy Walter was a big help. He walked me through the entire process when buying my car. He was extremely professional and will do anything he can to help you leave with a car. His goal is the same as yours go see Tommy for your next vehicle.

I found the process of dealing with Brandon very Easy. I was actually surprised how it took less than three hours to buy a car. I then brought my car in the following week as an additional key was ordered. When I arrived they were prompt , courteous and timely. I enjoyed the sitting area and coffee bar.

Sergey was excellent in listening to my service requests and made suggestions of other work that needed to be done and was completed in a timely manner. It is great to see a Service Rep in the middle of inspecting what needed to be done to my Porsche...and listened.

I was greeted with a warm smile on a cold day immediately exiting my vehicle. Katherine and the whole team treated me exceptionally well and made what was a very unpleasant ordeal with my tire way better than I could’ve ever expected.
