Lucas Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM

Just bought a new pickup truck from Frank Dudley.....couldn't be more happier! Frank makes you feel comfortable in the purchase and is extremely respectable. He gave me an excellent trade-in for my older truck and was able to fit me right into the new truck that I wanted with no hassle or problems. Frank was extremely courteous to my kids and even kept them occupied while I was reviewing paperwork! I would highly recommend Frank to anyone that was looking to buy a new or used car!

My most recent visit was a short notice oil change and servicing. when I showed up for my apt it was almost immediately taken in and they were very polite and concerned if I had any other concerns. To my surprise the service rep found me in dealership and told me that my car was finished and that it was being washed. :) Over the years of dealing with Lucas Chevrolet It has been pleasant.

I recently moved to Delaware but I still use Lucas Chevy because they never gave me a problem with my car. The service writers and techs are so friendly and take care of my cars needs quickly. My car even gets a great wash after! I'll always use lucas for service, I don't care how far the drive!

I called early in the morning looking for a same day appointment, I asked if I could bring my truck in at 10:30 for an oil change and a valve stem repair, he said that was fine, I was there at 10:30 and a truck was done by 11:45 and I was on my way. I am very happy with the service I have received at Lucas Chevy, that was my fourth appointment with them now and everything has been great, thank you.

My recent service experience was quick and efficient. The drive up service area was so helpful and easy. My car was completed within half an hour and it was brought to the drive up area. I did not have to roam around a parking lot looking for it. Great place to continue to have my car serviced!
