I love my new car

I stopped in at pompano Nissan to grab a brochure and was talked into taking a car for a test drive. I loved it and I loved that there was no pressure to buy. I went home had dinner and came back that night. I was treated to the same great service as when I was there to drive. I got great pricing and a more then fair amount for my trade i was very excited! I did all my paperwork and drove off in my New car. It was a great no hassle expierience and I would tell all my family and friends to go there. This was so painless and I enjoyed purchasing my new car. For the first time my car buying expierience was awesome. Great Job Pompano Nissan!!

Long Distance Purchase

My sister lives in Pompano beach florida and I live in Tennesee I have worked in the car buisness before and always have helped her purchase cars. This time I called pompano Nissan and delt with the internet department and let me tell you quick, professional and very accomodating. I did all the work over the phone and computer and my sister walked in and drove off in her new car!! Outstanding!!! Best service I have ever had! Thanks John you made it easy!!

WoW they no how to make a customer happy!!

I stopped in because I saw a car sitting out front i just wanted to ask some questions. After one hour i was driving away in the car it was such a great expierince that i will tell everyone. I enjoyed all the people i delt with and will definately be back when i need to buy a car again. Great people great prices and very helpful.

used vehicle purchase

I bought a used 2002 Nissan Quest sight unseen. The car was sent to me as was as described. I would purchase a car from them again.

Finally dealership treals customers with respect

I was tired of shopping for a used car and have to deal with sales persons that often try to outsmart you and do a very poor job at it... Through a "word-of-moth" I was told to try this dealership, Pompano Nissan... It seems like they custom-train their salesmen before they put them on the floor. You feel the consistency of respect across the board. They treat ALL their customer with "RESPECT". whether you ended up buying a car or not... Sales, Service, Finance... they treat their customers "consistently with respect".. buying a used car from a dealership is a good experience after all.. if you decide to buy it from Pompano Nissan. It looks like the have a very careful process of how to hire staff across the board... a very RARE example of how to be a successful new and used car dealership.. simply be "CONSISTENT" with treating ALL of your customer with respect.. not like suckers as most other used car salesmen try GOOD JOB Pompano Nissan, and good dealership example. Loved my Honda Civic 2009, and I will do it again.

Pompano Nissan made it a great experience

When I was shopping for a new car, I knew I wanted a Ford and when I discovered that what I could afford wasn't what I wanted, I tried Cars.com to find a used deal. I was excited to find a 2011 Ford Taurus at a good price but quite a distance away. When we finally managed to get up there, I was amazed at how pleasant the staff was considering I wasn't buying a Nissan! Our salesman was professional and so friendly, the internet sales contact, Chris, was super helpful and the finance manager just took all the pressure off. I was relaxed, didn't run into any disappointments and went home with a car I love. Thank you all.

Excellent service

I have not been to this Nissan store for about a year and a half .I recieved a mailer stating it was under new management and i would get a $9.99 oil change with a penny rotate. by the way great advertising.I go in and see a Dave Cardullo and he was smiling ang happy to see me so far so good Dave comes and gets me when my car is done in 30 minutes,Then before I left the Service Manager Tom sees me waiting for my car and asks if i need help i told him i was being taken care of and he asks what i had done and i told him so he says how did things go today and i said graet you will see me again and Tom says thanks for coming back to Pomapano Nissan's family What a great turn around from last time .If you own a Nissan go to this dealer they are great
