DO NOT USE THEM!

DO NOT USE THEM! They did not tell me that when I changed from geico to progressive, progressive was denying a lot of my claim and they took a week longer. They had very poor communication and returned my car with a missing windshield wiper and tried to blame it on the tow company. I still have a dent in my bumper and now progressive said they will repair it but I am not going here!

Amy, the insurance company came out and wrote an estimate on your vehicle. Your deductible was higher than the estimate. We left you multiple messages asking how you wanted us to proceed when we did not hear back from you, We let you know that we would start charging $125 per day for storage. You finally were able to call us back. When you came to get the car, you screamed at us telling us we did not fix the other side of the bumper which the insurance company was not willing to pay for. We did everything correct on our end. This review is in no way accurate or valid.

9/21/24 Eva from Pompano Beach I had the pleasure of dealing with Mel in the collision dept. at Performance Nissan. Mel was not only professional, buy also very personable as well. She kept me informed of the progress of the repair work, which was done in a timely manner. The repair area looks fantastic, good as new. I want to thank Mel and the repair workers for a hassle free experience and a job well done!

Slimy dealership.

Slimy dealership. 🤮 Was trying to purchase a car marketed for 32.5k. After all their fees, the price increased to 40k. How they managed to slap on nearly seven thousand dollars of additional charges is beyond me. After weeks of negotiating, they finally agreed to a price point of 34k fees included. I was told 34k over the phone, my brother was also told 34k over the phone (on a separate call), AND I have it in text that they were good with 34k. (A clear as day text message with the sales person) I told them I didn’t want them to run my credit until after we had come to terms on pricing, so once we agreed on 34k I submitted my financing application. It took them 2 days to get back to me, and they sent me numbers for 35.5k asking which term I’d like to pick for the loan. (Hoping I wouldn’t notice they added an extra $1500 from what they told me originally). I kindly responded and said we agreed on 34k, please rerun the financing for 34 and we can move forward. To which they responded, “no we can’t do 34k.” I replied with a screen shot of the text message where the sales associate said “yes, if you put 15k down we can do 34k.” I’m extremely irritated because they did this AFTER we had agreed on a price 3 times (two phone calls and a text), and AFTER they ran my credit, they changed their mind on pricing. I specifically told them to not run my credit until we agreed on pricing!!! Do better. Find a better dealership to shop at. If you can’t do 34k that’s one thing, but don’t tell me you can (THREE TIMES) and then not hold your word on it. Terrible business practice.

Emma, we are unable to give EXACT pricing without running your credit because that plays a large part in the overall pricing because interest rate and terms is dependent on that. We let you know that prior to running your credit.
