Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat

Had a great experience with everyone at the dealership. Chris Gass was the first employee I interacted with. He answered all the questions he could, and found answers to questions he wanted 100% sure about. Because it was raining lightly, he offered to bring both vehicles I was looking at into the service bay so we wouldn't get wet. When we stopped back the following day, Chris was with a customer so BJ Cornell assisted us with a 2nd inspection of the vehicles and test drive (and questions). They left the decision on the vehicle up to us, never trying to steer us to one or the other. Once we made our decision, they stayed in touch with us the entire time we were waiting for financing results. Even signing the papers was low pressure!
