I have been a Cross customer for over 5 years getting any maintenance /work to my truck done there. I traded my truck on a new vehicle and the truck I got ended up having death wobble and bad vibrations they did put a new set of tires on it and gave me a loaner to drive the truck spent over four weeks in the shop I was told by Jeff (sales manager) if the issue was not resolved they would offer to buy the truck back. Well the issue still exists and I have been told four times that they would get me a buyback number but now cross will not respond to any text or phone calls. After taking the truck in for the issue the salesman avoided me and would ignore me standing right in front of them. They even told the two salesman that I worked the deal with to no longer talk with me and assigned another salesman to deal with me all he did was tell me he would get me the info I asked for and never follow through. I answered calls and text from them when they needed Information on my trade so they could provide details to a customer trying to buy it Overall Cross Jeep and their sales teams lack of integrity and honesty is very disappointing and if you are looking for a dealership that offers customer service after the deal is done keep on looking because that doesn’t exist at Cross.

Aaron assisted us with our purchase. He was professional and personal. We went to look at one vehicle and Aaron found another vehicle on site that met our needs better. Great service!!

These guys are the real deal! Incredibly honest, diligent, and professional! I looked for my jeep for months and in my opinion, these guys went above and beyond to help me.
