Never go to this dealership!
Never go to this dealership! I decided to buy a RAM 3500, I contacted this dealership and they offered me good terms over the phone. When I flew from Chicago to Miami to pick up my car, it turned out that the terms had changed and I was required to take insurance from their insurance company, which I didn't need. I was told I could only buy the car with it, then I could cancel it. I notified their insurance company that I wanted to cancel the insurance, but they started requiring DMV certified mileage on the car. It's not in the contract, but they decided they needed it that way. When I bought the car I was given temporary plates, after a month of not getting permanent plates I contacted the dealership, they said they were having problems and gave me new temporary plates for another month, it's been 2 months since I bought the car but I still haven't gotten permanent plates. I contacted the dealership again and it's been 2 days and they can't send me the plates because they have some problems. I can't use my car! This is a horrible dealership! I will never contact here again, and furthermore, I will never buy a RAM again. I hope my review helps you not to contact here.

University Dodge Ram spoke with Oleg regarding an agreement that occured in June. Oleg has been advised that he will need to contact the warranty company regarding any cancellations.
Service and sales don’t communicate at all.
Service and sales don’t communicate at all. Zero operations. Called to confirm a service and after rearranging day to be there they have zero clue what other department said. Service manager aware and talks about buying boats while he sees me waiting. First time customer to dodge and last time as well cause of this experience.

Liars.
Liars. I asked for a price on a truck from their website. The tenth time I asked for a price, someone responded. "Internet price plus $999 dealer fee, taxes, tag, and title". I went to the dealership the next day. I sent the salesman the email of the price quote. They would not honor it. They wanted to add thousands in other fees. When I said NO- they lied and said -the person who gave me the price did not work there, they could not take off the extra fees. I am turning this over to the Attorney General of Florida in a fraud complaint.

We value and appreciate your business, Robert. And when you feel that it fails to meet your expectations, it's important for us to know. We have forwarded your feedback to the General Manager of the dealership and to the President of Sales.

If you’re in the market to purchase a vehicle in the
If you’re in the market to purchase a vehicle in the Miami area, do yourself a favor and avoid Rob Lambin’s University Dodge. I located a Ram truck online which was located at this dealership. I contacted a salesperson to discuss the vehicle and made arrangements to travel there to look at it. We started discussing a negotiated price. I had in my possession a report from a respected independent consumers’ group that indicated what the exact vehicle was selling for (on average) at all Miami/Dade dealerships. The salesperson, quite falsely, informed me that the consumer group data was opinion only and did not reflect actual sales. In the end we were $3500 apart on price so I left. They then tried to move me to a cheaper vehicle. Do I hear, “BAIT AND SWITCH”? A couple days later the Sales Director of the dealership contacted me to see if I was still interested. He convinced me to make another visit and that we would work out a deal. We arranged a time. Then I received the following text message from the Sales Director: “Good afternoon: Your vehicle is ready for your visit today. Please keep us updated with your time of arrival” I went there this morning, with a cashier’s check in hand, trusting that we were going to close the purchase. I was advised the vehicle was sold, no longer on their lot. When I asked the Sales Director why he would have me travel all the way back to his dealership knowing that the vehicle I wanted was gone, he said that those text messages and emails are sent out by their computer automatically and that the computer had no idea if the vehicle was still in inventory. Do I hear “BAIT AND SWITCH” again? This is the historic USED CAR mentality. Get the customer on the lot, no matter the difficulty for them and then try to sell them anything. I realize this is prevalent on used car lots but am surprised that the same mentality still exists in supposedly reputable major dealerships. Buyer Beware!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Bill Burns. We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process. We have forwarded your comments to our President of Sales and to the General Manager of the dealership.
This was the worst dealership experience I've ever had.
This was the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I would not recommend University Dodge for anything. The salesperson tried to send me to another dealership so he wouldn't have to help me with my lease buyout, and he told me the person I spoke to on the phone prior to my arrival didn't know what she was talking about. I asked to speak to her again and she refused to come see me. After a very uncomfortable struggle to finally get assistance, the salesperson told me the vehicle was being financed through one company, only to find out after I had updated my insurance policy that it was being financed through a completely different one. I then tried to schedule my first service appointment, but the person wouldn't reply to my messages. I ended up paying another dealership for the service, foregoing the complementary offer from here. With the exception of the finance guy, everyone else I interacted with was unhelpful and unprofessional. It's disappointing because the location is conveniently located between my home and work and not out of the way like the other dealerships. The lease on our other vehicle will be ending soon, but there's no way University Dodge will get my business.

La verdad todo muy bien!
La verdad todo muy bien! Me atendieron súper. Solo que me llamó la atención algo, me preguntaron si mi limpia parabrisas está bien y les dije que si, que está nuevo, y cuando me fui la goma del mismo estaba salida. Tengo pruebas. Medio sospechoso
