Disappointed with the service provided, i purchased a
Disappointed with the service provided, i purchased a 2025 st. After walking out of finance, I had to go see sales rel to sign, but I was never given the option to walk around my vehicle. On top of that kept asking about 2nd key I was told they locked the keys up check back the next day still no ke gave them 4 days and still told give me a day a week later still don't have my key than I'm told only mon-Friday so I had to call off work to get key you guys lost my key in should of been accommodated and they should of came to my house or let me come on a Saturday not a good experience and sad part is 2 exployers were bought the same day they already had my car pulled out and not in bay so I could do the walk around I will never come back to westfield ford to purchase another vehicle after this experience this should of been rectified a week ago instead of telling me give me a day and a day turns into a week later no key i definitely wont deal with Miriam again had us sign papers on vehicle because they were in a hurry to leave and lock up I should of had the opertunity to walk around my vehicle come to find out in the light atleast 6 chips on the hood just vary unprofessional to have us sign a no dsmage sheet but eorkers in a hurry to leave 8nstead of allowing us to do actual walk around and I shouldn't have to take a day off work and they should of been honest about the key instead of wasting a week to cut key they should of scheduled it a week later. 3 weeks later, I got my key but had to sit around after my scheduled time to wait for the guy to show up.915 appointment left at 12

Purchased 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium AWD Ext Batt
Purchased 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium AWD Ext Batt 12.5K miles Love the car however, unable to drive due it was sold to me with an open recall on the wiper motor. Had the Mobile Ford to come out. to verify if the part#/sn matches and it did. After that the tech tried the wipers and it did not work at all. So purchased the Mach-E at the end of Jan 2025 and unable to drive due to the wipers does not work at all and don't want to get caught anywhere without the use of the windshield wipers (Dangerous). Been waiting for the part to come in so they can complete the recall on the wipers. So far 3 weeks no parts. Also the 5 digit manufacture door code that comes with the vehicle the card was not in the glove box, I will have to get the dealer to pull the code and give it to me. The charger that comes with the 2023 Mache-E I had to unplug and re-plug it in a couple of time because it stop charging, each time the amber light came on the charger (Which the service dept. will take care of)Also I would loved for it to have been detailed on the inside before purchased was not bad but I myself have personally detailed my vehicles and clean it from top to bottom. Did not come with the the air inflator/sealant, I purchased one.

🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 This place sold me a LEMON! AVOID THEY WONT AND DON’T CARE! I was in and out of repairs for years. Lost my job because the car was unreliable. Westfield gave me a loaner for A WEEK I didn’t event drive the car only took it home and back. I bring it back they call the cops on me and the manager Carm Scarpace is an absolute aggressive psycho hounding me what I did to the car and I did nothing. No one checked the car with me when I initially picked it up they just handed me keys. SHADY…. I learned the hard way as HILARIOUS AS THIS IS THEY SUED ME because of this. Fine scratches on the roof of the car and the emblem was damaged? Excuse me? I didn’t even use the thing. Damage was more than likely there before they loaned it out to me. I was exhausted and tired of bringing my car in and out of their repair shop to think and trust they would give me a car without damage but blamed me. So apparently the repairs were done and I got to visit my sister in Virginia. Ironically my car failed already once I reached Virginia. They “repaired it” in Charlottesville. A week goes by it’s ready and I’m headed home. Driving back home I got trapped in West Virginia because guess what? MY ENGINE FAILED. Ford genuinely screwed me leaving me homeless in a state 9 hours away from my home. My car broke down on with complete engine failure. My car was purchased brand new with only 5 miles on it back in 2017 and now only has still 53,000 miles on it. My warranty states that in the event that any repairs need to be done to my car Ford is to provide me with a loaner car at least up to 10 days. Ford has only offered me four days and the vehicle has to be returned in four days which puts me back in the same situation essentially four days from now. Ford is literally breaking federal laws by breaching our warranty contract. My engine was on back order for over a month. No one should ever have to deal with what I dealt with and I am sure I’m not the only one. Ford needs to be held accountable for their actions no matter how big of a company they are they are still breaking the law. I am l was trapped in West Virginia with my dog and we worked on our own. Avoid Ford if you know what’s best for you I have had a lot of people contact me who have dealt with similar issues and this is absolutely wrong. Ford has also denied my buyback even though Illinois has strict Lemon law stating if a car has been repaired more than four times consistently that it is a lemon car. Another Lemon law as if the car has been repaired for more than 30 days. Take my years and YEARS and MANY MANY issues, $$$ as a HUGE WARNING. AVOID THIS PLACE. This was my experience.
