I have had a feature on my car not work for 2 years.

I have had a feature on my car not work for 2 years. I have been to the dealership no less then 3 times to have it repaired. I was just told again they need my car and will call me when they have a loaner available. That was 3 weeks ago. I call, leave messages, no one calls me back. They dont give a crap about you once they make the sale. I know if I was a man, they wouldnt blow off my issue for two years. RUN away from this dealership, especially if you are a female. TWO YEARS- NO RESOLUTION. Purchased a brand new vehicle that has never had 100% of items working.

Make promises they don't intend to keep.

Make promises they don't intend to keep. Found out the 2 different fixed the same part however one of them broke the part and know one knew until I took my car to another shop. Turns out I had to take my new vehicle to another dealership to get the service I expected.This dealership has turned into a nightmare experience and I am sorry to say that I bought a car from there. I still remain confident the ford will make things right

We had a very good experience at Westfield.

We had a very good experience at Westfield. The negotiations were professional and straightforward. The price of the truck was fair, not more or less than competitors but it was nice to deal with people who didn't test you like a sucker. My only negative was the paperwork guy who gave us a very, very hard sell on an external warranty and made my loan for 60 Months rancher than the 48 I asked for. As the last person in the process that leaves a bit of sourness to the experience. That said we would definitely consider for another purchase.
