Best car buying experience of my life.

Purchase new car on Friday and Tim Walton was my Sales person he was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a very laid back down to earth attitude. Superb Dealership and First Class staff of employees.

First lease experience!

Dan Cummins made my first leasing experience smooth and easy! I couldn't be happier with the service. They made trading in my old car easy, with quick appraisal and trade in options laid out clearly so that I could make the best choice for financing my new vehicle. BIG thank you to Tim Walton for all the help and for explaining everything throughout my test drives and helping me make my final decision (the Encore is amazing!). Best sales guy out there! Dodge Hellcat

Most of our deal was done and completed online. Drove from Michigan to get our car. Very busy even on a Saturday but had very good service.

My car buying experience was not the best.

The care I bought broke down on me on my way home from the dealer. It took 6 hours to buy the car. I only drove one car and paid cash. They kept pushing me to finance the car when I had cash in hand. I bought the car on Saturday and took the car back on Monday to be repaired. They told me at first that I was a priority and it would be done that day. 2 hours later they said they would have to call me. They called me back the next day and said we will have the car done Wednesday or Thursday. Friday at 6:30 pm the car is still not done. They did finally offer me a loaner car. Not sure why this was not done on Wednesday when they new they would have to send the car Chrysler to have it fixed. They have worked hard to try to make me happy, but it has just been a long process. I still don't have the car back and it has been 8 days since I bought it. I don't think I can blame any particular person. The only thing is that they should have inspected the car more thoroughly before selling it and offered a loaner car sooner. The car was priced right and they did work with me on the price and they are fixing the car for free. So the experience has not been all bad. Just hasn't been great.
