Let me just start by saying that's Randy Perry is such a joy to work with. He doesn't pressure you into buying and helped in every way that he could. I originally paid for a 2015 Chrysler 200 and wasn't satisfied. Thanks to the 72 hour exchange policy and Randy's help, I ended up with a car that I love! He spent over 2 hours with me and made it a very pleasant visit. I will definitely send everyone that I know to Dan Cummins!

Dan Cummins was a great overall experience and the service team members were very personable. They don't leave much room for bargaining the price of their used cars down from the list prices so don't expect to be able to haggle, but their prices are set low and competitive to start. Luiz Hernandez was very patient with my A-Type personality and was a great help over 2 weeks.

We worked with Julia and we're very satisfied. Good pricing on used merchandise. The process was simple & easy to understand. Only negative was the very loud Christian Rock ? music. Difficult to talk and listen.

Great deal with fast service when you consider they was 50 people ahead of me buying a vehicle. Made me feel wanted.

I will describe my experience as Unconditional Patience. My Fiance, Brian Blair and I sought to look for a new vehicle this weekend and we decided to give Cummins a try. Our salesman Ollie Taylor was incredible, he never gave up. On Sat 01/07/17 it was cold and frigid outside and this place has approx 5 car lots with a car in every slot, you have plenty to choose from. Its so large they use golf carts to take you to car destinations for your view. Ollie was gracious to take us to every vehicle we reviewed on the website, but I must say we were able to ride in a heated vehicle, it made the experience even better by the minute. Saturday we left undecided and there were a few bumps in the road on our part but Ollie never gave up, he was determined to get us what we wanted and to make sure we were happy with our choice of vehicle. My Fiance is not a small guy and he stands 6"6, so it was very important we found a comfortable ride in every criteria of whatever vehicle chosen. On Monday my fiance went back to Cummins , because Ollie said "I want you to take a look at some others" and also another vehicle we had viewed on the web. Monday my fiance comes home, NO VEHICLE!!!!!!, so we talked about the choices we had. Ollie told him no problem , think about it and call me tomoorow and let me know what you want to do. Tuesday 01/10/17 we were back at the dealership, once again trying to make a decision and test drive the last two decisions we decided upon. Ollie said whatever you decide, we will make it happen. Tuesday we walked away with a Yukon Denali. I must say an awesome truck and it fits in every angle. Thank you Ollie for your patience and great customer service. Thank you to Bobbie Nash for assisting us when Ollie had to take care of another matter. Your kindness and spirit means alot. Thank you to Michael Currigan who did the financing and all the paperwork. Really good spirit and patient, nice person. Last but not least did I mention the hospitality is great also.
