Balise Ford. Not just a car dealership.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone there worked so hard to get me into my dream car. My credit wasn’t great but they found me financing with a great interest rate. They weren’t just trying to sell a car, they were working to make my dream come true. Thank you Balise Ford

The true COST above the sale

To Ford Corp,and Balise Auto, I am writing a formal complaint against Balise, Ford of Wilbraham, MA, the Ford Corporation, and Balise Auto Group. My complaint begins with the outrageous cost of repair, fees, the lack of customer service- human decency, and my new diagnosis of anxiety. The burden, and embarrassment of this whole ordeal is unacceptable. I was sold a Ford 150 on 5/5/2022; 121 days and 5,000 miles later the truck just stopped, and no longer worked. (As a highway driver this could have been fatal). To begin, Balise Ford of Wilbraham, (origin of purchase) refused to tow the truck back to their shop to look at it. We paid for the tow ourselves, and were denied a loaner car while they had the truck. The end result of that visit was the need for a NEW ENGINE. A 13,190 cost. I directly asked them for some kind of financial help in person and then again during a few phone calls. In all they declined any help we asked for. We then had to pay for a tow back to CT, the cost of the repair was just too much to comprehend. In fairness it was our choice to purchase a vehicle during such a turbulent time of price hike of used vehicles. Our last F150 had just been junked. Without a doubt this situation has caused my family an astronomical financial burden. Not only have I been paying the monthly loan payment and interest on a truck I couldn't use,also came the tow charges, the repair cost,and what hurt in a different way was being unable to pay for the rental of a replacement vehicle. I was put in a position to beg and borrow a vehicle from friends for over 20 weeks, to be able to go to work. My family has lost so much. I truly believe Ford should compensate me financially for all my family has lost and gone through. This truck was sold on a BALISE/FORD lot under your names, and is a FORD built product. This Ford truck should have never been sold as “A great choice “as said by the salesman. I realize that your companies only look out for themselves and are protected by the wording used in your paperwork that protects you and NOT the customer in any way. We have come to Balise Ford And Family Ford For 18 years, Over this time we have purchased 8 or more vehicles from Ford of Enfield, CT and Balise Ford of Wilbraham, MA. spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. It may seem like it’s been a while since the beginning of this fiasco. The realization is, since we got the truck back late January it’s been back in the shop 4 weekends, the last being ST. Patrick’s weekend.I now hear it's going back 4/2/23. I can provide all the paperwork from the original purchase to the present confirming the phone calls,dates, costs, and fees.
