It took your service department three months to repair my

It took your service department three months to repair my 2021 F-150. While I appreciate that a loaner vehicle was provided, I was charged for mileage overages, which feels unreasonable given the delay in repairs. Additionally, when my truck was towed to Balise, the battery was functioning properly, yet I was still charged for a new one. That’s frustrating and feels dishonest. I’ve been a lifelong Ford owner—from F-150s and Broncos to Mustangs. I’ve always trusted the brand. Unfortunately, this experience has changed that. I’ll be purchasing my first Chevy on Monday, and not from Balise. I hope the poor service was worth the loss of a loyal customer.

Website request answered within the hour. I’ve been looking at the full size Bronco for a few months. Balise had one that I was very interested in. I submitted a website request and they followed up within the hour. I was actually in the dealership getting my car serviced. Meet with Mike and Warren who were extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all. Next day, I went in and bought the full size Bronco. Mike, Warren, and Jacob all stayed after hours to help me and kept me entertained the entire time. I will definitely go back to Balise to buy my cars!

I’m Came in with moderate expectations of getting the

I’m Came in with moderate expectations of getting the vehicle I wanted. I left the dealership with exactly what I wanted. From the initial greeting to the deal to the financing it was a very pleasant and smooth process. My sales rep Cody was very informative and not pushy which I appreciated. He answered all my questions through the entire process.

Visit 1: John quoted around $2,200. Visit 2: I asked him to confirm, and he added there may be up to $200 in incidentals (gaskets, fluids, etc.). I was told I’d get a written estimate once I dropped the vehicle off. Visit 3: I dropped off the car at 4:30pm, and John said he couldn’t give a written quote because the service department was closed. Then today he calls and says he was wrong—the “incidentals” are actually $644, not $200—bringing the total to over $2,850. John previously mentioned they do a lot of these water pump jobs. So which is it? Does he quote this repair all the time and still not know he’s off by $440? Or is this intentional misleading info? Either way—unacceptable. Took my business elsewhere.
