    My wife and I were looking for a new/used Ford fusion. Stopped at Balise Ford in Wilbraham to see what was available. Ending up purchasing a 2012 Ford Fusion. The buying experience was very relaxed and didn't feel pressured at all. The salesman Dean McKeever couldn't have been more helpful. Very easy going and knowledgeable. Would recommend him and the dealership again!

    I went an extra 45 minutes away to shop at Belise because I could save some money but it wasn't worth it. I was told I would get a second set of keys and never did. My driver seat didn't adjust when I bought it, they fixed it but the fix only lasted a couple weeks. I finally stopped getting responses from anyone so I talked to the GM who offered me 2 free oil changes, then he left out got fired and they told me, yeah he offered that to a lot of people. So another person was going to look into resolving my issues but never returned any of my calls. Now I live with my car and will bring it elsewhere to resolve the issues.
