I would like to thank Hector at the service department. We had a problem with our 2022 Mazda CX5, with an extended warranty. Hector called and worked with the extended warranty company which resulted in the warranty company covering a very expensive repair. Thank you Hector for your due diligence!

I would recommend getting your next vehicle from Balise Mazda. Calli walked us through the whole purchase from beginning to end with great patience. Gregory walked us through the financial process without trying to sell us any package that we did not need. Superb customer service for sure!

Chantilly provided me with the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. She is warm, funny, caring, patient, and she knows her stuff inside and out. She is always willing to answer questions, but she will also seek out answers from others when she does not know the answer. I really enjoyed my experience and never felt pressured in ANY way. Thank you for being so passionate and talented in your profession!!

Miss Chantilli Cruz was wonderful. She was welcoming at the first few seconds in walk in, like a ball of joy! She is sympathetic and I believe she truly enjoys her job.

I LOVE Mazda!!! Ashley Pingree has been our girl since 2013. We’ve owned new and have traded in for a newer CX5 each time. Ashley is very knowledgeable, very respectful and a very sweet person too! She helped us with our new 2025 Mazda CX5 and just love the Platinum Quartz Metallic color. So much richer and elegant than the white that I originally wanted. My husband and I are very happy with our new Mazda CX5 and are proud to drive it. Thank you Ashley! You will always be “our girl!”

My son and I were shopping for a used car, he was interested in looking at Mazdas and this was our local dealership. We found a car we liked and worked with Calli Stone who was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and took plenty of time with us and thoroughly explained things and answered any questions which made for a positive experience.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, they messed up my tires, then tried to push $800 repairs on a car that has 45,000 miles. Manager was rude and accepted no responsibility. Offered nothing on tires. Horrible service, will never go back or recommend to anyone. Stay away!!
