I would like to thank Terrell Hicks for helping me pick out my third truck I bought from him in the past 4 years. I explained to him what I need for my company and he searches around and finds me the best deal, thank you for Terrell for going over your duty to help me find the best selection for my company. I would highly recommend working with Terrell Hicks. I've driven Chevys and I've driven dodges and in my experience Ford has the most stronger Dependable truck with the better warranties. There's a reason why they say built for tough and I put my trucks to the test running my tree company. The next truck I get will come from Terrell Hicks as well.

I ordered a brand new 82 thousand dollar Ford Transit van

I ordered a brand new 82 thousand dollar Ford Transit van build in June of 2024. From the minute I walked out the door, I knew I made a mistake going to this dealership. Over 6 months, I had zero communication from the dealership unless I called and texted. At one point, I had to go down to the dealership because I couldn't get any information on the phone. The sales manager wouldn't even come out and talk with me. Instead, he sent the salesman to ask what i needed. Fast forward 6 months, I called Ford corporate to see about the status of my build, and they told me it was CANCELED! Due to them stopping to build 2024 vehicles, and that my dealer should have called me to discuss reordering a 2025. Not a word from my dealer. Now, I obviously canceled my order and went to a different dealership to put my new purchase in. Go find yourself a place that appreciates your business and actually communicates.
