I went in for a problem with my Cherokee and came out with a mustang. Steve helped out a lot and was great. It was very quick as well.

Whenever I visit David Dodge to service my Wrangler, I always ask for Tyler Barlow. He provides quality customer service that cannot be beat. He meets me where I am at & goes beyond expectation. I will be back to David Dodge in the future because of Tyler’s quality customer service. Thanks Tyler!

In my experience the service department doesn’t read what you write down on the drop off service envelope. I believe they just put that computer on the Jeep and does what it says. They had specific directions of what was wrong. I got the vehicle back and one of the 2 issues were never addressed. I h

They handled the warranty repair smoothly, on time and within my schedule. Their communication throughout was excellent. They could not have made the repair any easier.

Had to bring my car in for an oil leak which turned out to be residual oil from an oil change. Dealer is about 30 minutes away so I’ll have a total of 2 hours driving for what seems to be a sloppy oil change. Everything was covered under warranty just a slight inconvenience.

Had Oil and filter change and tire rotation done within a half hour-Great Service and very friendly staff. Done on Jeep Wave so it was free.

Once again disappointed with service. Do not plan to visit ever again. They ordered the wrong part to fix a recall. Found correct elsewhere and claimed it would be overnighted and repaired promptly. Came a day late and no staff were scheduled to work on my car when the part arrived and it would have been two more days until addressed due to a holiday. I was not notified. I called to check on repair status and only then did they bring in staff to repair.

I have great confidence in the work & integrity of David Dodge’s Service Dept. Have had my cars (Jeeps) serviced there the past several years & the quality of their work is always great. Also, they never undertake any additional repairs without your permission.
