It was our first time buying from this dealership and they made it very easy for us. Our sales rep name was Nate and the general manager Hugh was very easy to do business with A

Horrible
Horrible service; does not return calls for a day. Waited 3 days to get repair finished for an hour job! Service manager is very rude.

Brake repair disappointment
Have used Plaza Ford for many years, with fine results, but this last terrible experience has soured me. Background: we previously took the Taurus in for a simple tire rotation and balance, with a general inspection where they told us all the brakes were good. But right out of the parking lot, and all the way home, the brakes squealed whenever she applied them. This was a new noise. She immediately called Plaza when she got home, and was told to bring it back. When we brought it back, she was told the rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced at our cost - $350. I called the management to give them a chance to make the situation right, but they took no responsibility. So, I will be changing dealers.

Terrible Communication from their Service Dept.
Terrible communication on the part of their service department. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. Told the service person that I want an oil change and I have a recall. He looked up my vehicle information and said yes I have a handle recall and they will take care of it. I dropped my 2017 F150 off on Sunday night filling out the after hours envelope in detail. Monday I haven't heard anything so at 1:15 pm I call and spoke to a Paul. He says that Charlie is assigned to my vehicle and he will have Charlie call me. An hour later Charlie calls and says the truck won't be done until the next day. I said unacceptable I am headed out of town. He says he will check with the technician. Charlie calls back in 30 minutes saying that nothing has been done to my truck and I can pick up the keys at the cashier. I go to Plaza and get my keys from the cashier and ask to speak to the owner who was not in. So I asked to speak to the biggest boss onsite. Well it was Paul again. His excuse is they are just so busy. And the recall repair requires all four door panels be removed. I said I understand that but what I don't understand is the lack of professionalism on not communicating to their customers that they are backed up. And the moment they knew they were not going to work on my truck they should have called. I respected their time and made an appointment two weeks in advance why can't they respect mine and my wife's who transported me to and from twice without even an oil change. FYI. Big Sign advertising "No Appointment Oil Changes" I asked Paul that if I would have just pulled in I would have gotten at least an oil change. At this time I do not recommend Plaza Ford.

Disappointed
We began our search for a used vehicle on Memorial Day with the intent of looking at different models. One of these was the Equinox LTZ that we found at Plaza Ford, which is over an hour away from our home. I made initial contact through their internet manager who was expecting us Monday morning. We drove the vehicle and liked it but wanted to do our due diligence and look at other possibilities before we decided. Their Sales Manager, Hugh, was pushing us to make a decision on Memorial Day and threw out some better figures as we were leaving. Again, we wanted to look at other vehicle first. Over the next few days we drove many vehicles but decided upon the Equinox at Plaza. Knowing that Hugh had offered increasingly better deals, I send an email to the salesperson assisting us, Rusty, with an offer than was $900 less than the last "official" (on paper) offer, but actually was more than the ones that Hugh was trying to get us to bite on several days earlier. A very abrupt reply was received from Rusty which said "thanks, but no thanks." I spoke to Hugh immediately after this and he was just as abrupt and basically disconnected the call after saying "good luck" and saying that the offers on Memorial Day were only good then. No counter offer, no "sorry, this is the best we can do." Very unprofessional. We will continue our search elsewhere.

Service to sale
Went in to drop off car for service and left with a new car. We are more than pleased with the entire Plaza experience. This is our 2nd purchase from Plaza Ford and Gary was our salesperson both times. He listened to our needs and met them! All of the Plaza team was polite and professional. We will be back!

Manager blocked my car in and yelled at me
I parked and went into the building to later be confronted by one of the sales managers or lot attendant managers (a heavier set older male) yelling at me to move my car. I went out to move the vehicle to find that he parked right up to my bumper with his Ford truck to purposefully block me in. As childish as it was I went in to have him move his vehicle so I could move mine out and he proceeded to tell me very aggressively that there is no parking allowed there. After he moved the pickup truck. What place of business does that?? I left immediately and would tell anyone reading reviews to stay away from this place. The rudest most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

Excellent used car deal
Gordy was our salesman, very helpful, no pressure and hooked us up with a great deal for a used Car. We will shop here again, even though we live 35 miles away.
