Great Used Car Buying Experience

I worked with Keith Hinder and purchased a 2012 Ford Escape. Keith was very easy to work with--no games, just bottom line pricing. Buying a car is my LEAST favorite activity, and he, and Don in financing, made it as painless as possible. When discussing extended warranties, Don complied with my request for the Reader's Digest version--it wasn't my first rodeo and I didn't need the sales pitch (I did end up buying the warranty). I tried working with Al Packer Ford prior to coming to Plaza--it was a nightmare. Thanks Keith and Don for making the experience enjoyable!

Purchase of a 2014 Ford Fiesta

Recently I contacted the Internet sales department to inquire about possibility of purchasing a 2014 Ford Fiesta. I received a quick reply form representative Gary Abrams. We spoke mainly through email, with a few phone calls. We resolved all issues auto and financing through this method. To my surprise Gary also brought the paperwork and auto to me. I am currently unable to leave the house. The auto was in my driveway within 30 hours. Is this service, or what?

New car sales

I came to Plaza ford just to look at new mustangs,This was the first place that I stopped and wasn't going to buy until spring.I found a mustang that I liked and went to showroom to see if there were any incentives on this car.I was greeted by Dennis,he answered all of my question and was very professional and friendly.He introduced me to sales mgr Hue Hanley jr. Because I ask who was sales mgr.I had known Hue's father for over 50 years ( great guy),these to gentleman treated me like I was family .when we got to the price and payment I was pleasantly surprised .The price was fair these people were friendly and the car was exactly what I was looking for.they meet my wants and needs spot on.WHAT WAS I WAITING FOR? They presented it all to me right there and then. No pressure to buy they were helpfull and friendly ,price was fair.Needless to say I am a owner of a 2014 mustang because of these folks and will return down the road for a new SUV for my wife.

Family Delearship

This is the way car buying should be!. No pressure, lots of product knowledge, and very helpful. Dennis was great to do business with and Al the Manager was just as nice. You will not be disappointed if you buy a car from them.

Great Experience

I did an online inquiry about a car and within 20 minutes I received a phone call and was approved for the loan. My sales consultant was Keith Hinder and he made my first experience with Plaza Ford a very memorable and pleasant one. I was in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle in about an hour, which also included trading in my car. I will definitely refer Keith to my family and friends.

Great experience

Purchased 2014 Explorer from this dealer and it was a great experience all around. Chose this dealer over several others because we liked the sales rep right from the gate. Excellent car and great dealer. Easy transaction.

management is unresponsive

I had previously purchased two Explorers and had them serviced at Plaza over the past 18 years. Until my most recent purchase, I was very pleased. I recently (April, 2013) utilized them to factory order a new Expedition. Considering that it was a factory order, the negotiation process was arduous. Upon delivery, the prep was incomplete - special order floormats were left in the luggage area and not installed, the trim on the roof luggage rack was of two different trims and they had not noticed, I had to point it out to them. When it was time to pay, and I was paying cash, they refused to take my check and would only take my wife's check since the truck was to be registered in her name. Finally, when I tried to contact the owner by phone and e-mail, he never got back to me. If the owner doesn't care about his customer of 18 years, why should his employees be different?

Good Buying Experience

I recently bought a new car from Plaza. I found the car on their website and made an appointment for a test drive. Gary was very helpful and answered all my technical and financial questions. The entire staff was very friendly during my time there.
