It has been a few years since I have stepped foot in a car dealership as I prefer to do my business online. Last Friday I spent the morning with Bryan Stewart and had a blast! He was fun, energetic and excited about helping me and my family find the perfect vehicle, even if it wasn't located at his dealership in Lexington! We were able to test drive a vehicle over the weekend and decided it was a perfect fit. Not only did we settle on a great deal, they were able to beat three of our military credit unions on rates. Serviced my vehicle for oil change. Had appointment but service started later. Clean Service Department. Nice employees. Tried to sell cabin air filter change for $75, which I think is too expensive.

Customer service was great at helping to get my SUV repaired. They worked diligently to help get a rental car as well as getting information from the extended warranty company. They called me almost daily to give me a report of the progress of the repairs made to my SUV. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received from Dick Smith Nissan!
