Justin was great.

Justin was great. This dealership is only 7min from me. I went by Saturday before closing and was told I could come first thing Monday morning. When I got there, Justin was ready to help. Got me checked in quickly, explained the process and I was on my way. Called later that day to update me. My car was ready Tuesday afternoon before I got off work. I will definitely be back for my car care needs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. You initially selected our upgraded oil change package, which includes an oil additive. As soon as you let our advisor know that you didn’t realize the additive was part of that package, we immediately removed the charge to make things right. Our Service Manager personally explained what the additive does and the extended protection it provides, and apologized for the misunderstanding. You were very understanding at the time, and we truly appreciated that. We’ve also added a note for your future visits so you’ll always receive the oil change you prefer.
