Spreading your credit info EVERYWHERE
I went in to negotiate the purchase of two vehicles for my company. I prepared a credit app for the company with the CLEAR understanding that I did not want him running it until we had reached an agreement. The fleet sales manager assured me he would hold it until then. We were unable to reach a price on the two vehicles, but two weeks later we started receiving notices from lenders that our application had been reviewed. NOT GOOD.

Worst car buying experience EVER
They get you in sell you a car and then a month later tell you they can't get financing and that you must get a co-signer or give the car back. The tires kept blowing out and when she took the car back because she wanted them to look at the tires that another dealer told her were put on wrong they suddenly want the car back. They prey on poor people with bad credit. My daughter works two jobs and has more than enough income to qualify to buy a car with out a co-signer. This Juan the finance manager said the other job she works(been there 6 years) cant count the income has to come from one job. Insanity and a SCAM.ice they are all nice and sweet to get you to buy a car then they turn into the infamous "used car salesman" Take my advice STAY AWAY FROM SUNRISE FORD. #SCAM ARTISTS

super great deal on my Fusion
Jeff Lewis is a class act salesman. No pressure and answered all my questions. After buying my Fusion he went over and above to let me know everything about the car and even called twice during the week to see if i had any questions. Great Sales Person
I was very satisfied with my sales person Manny Ayala he was very friendly and helpful. My only problem was with the finance department. They did not take the time to explain all of the paperwork, before signing final contract. Had to ask for assistance in clarifying my question.

Focus ST
First, the roadside assistance is an absolute joke! Last Monday I waited 3 hrs for a tow truck and when the guy finally showed up (without a flatbed) I asked him to get one and he gave me a bunch of attitude "it should be fine... that's gonna take at least another hour..." Another 2 hrs go by and I'm finally getting my car on a tow truck. Today will be the 8th day my car has been at Ford. I called on the 4th day to get an update but couldn't get a hold of Mark, so I left a message. Still no word this Monday (7th day) so I cal back. This is the response I get, "hold on let me check... the technician is just now looking at it I'll give you a call back later with an update. He never called!

Sunrise was great and helped me get into a new 2014 F150 .. Filiberto Landa was very helpful and finding the right truck for me..Sunrise has the best service. Would recommend everyone to check out Sunrise Ford for your next car or truck!!

Great Ford Flex salesman
Salesman Jacob Maxey was great! Got a good price on a new Ford Flex. Had a couple of problems with Finance dept., but Jacob stepped in to help resolve. We financed through Ford and were very disturbed when we received a Notice of Recision via certified mail on the Saturday following our purchase, but a call to Jacob took care of the problem. There was also a problem with an exterior detail warranty called ECBond, but again, a call to Jacob and he resolved the problem.
