I want to share my experience at Sunrise Ford dealership; they have the most amazing and people friendly staff. They make you feel at home, know they product, understands the needs and budget of the customer. Filiberto Landa made sure we were comfortable with our payment and got us the car we were looking for. Filiberto made us feel like part of his family, he shared his own personal experience with us and that is SUPER PLUS for me. I was not just a customer more on his list but a personal satisfaction on his part; he had met his goal as an excellent customer service salesman.

Exceptional Customer Service
Tim Osborn, Fleet Sales Manager, helped us out and finally we can say that we had a great experience when buying a vehicle. We bought an F350 Utility Truck from Sunrise Ford and we expected the same routine as always. We expected the pressure and the deception that dealers use to make money on a sale. Well that burden never came, because Tim was straight forward and work the deal to benefit us. We thank him for the great job he did and hope to buy another truck from Sunrise Ford in the future.

The worst purchase ever
I purchased a 2013 mustang V6 49,000 miles and two weeks later the water pump went out on my way to work the car over heats, two weeks later the car will not even start. I was not offered a rental. My vehichle was kept over the weekend without even giving me any courtesy call. The customer service sucks and I have not even made my first payment on the vehicle. I believe the car was traded in and never received a full inspection because when I received the vehicle not only was the inside console dirty the car contained mail from the previous owner inside all under the seats.

Very satisfied customer
JEFF LEWIS was the sales person who helped us out he was great! He was very knowledgeable about the many options Ford had to offer and took and took the time to explain them and he was not pushy or rude. We went to two other dealerships prior to going to Sunrise Ford and you can totally tell the difference in the way people make you feel. We felt that Jeff was honest and was actually trying to fit our needs unlike other sales people we talked to at other places. We will make Sunrise Ford our first choice next time and recommend them to others. Thanks JEFF my wife is now happy with her new ESCAPE and that makes me happy !!. John D

2nd Family Ford
Whent to Sunrise Ford to check out the Ford Explorer. Carlos B. was our sales man. He really knew his Ford products , He told us on the special's that they had going. Carlos was not pushing for a sale , had a no pressure mentality. Just and excellent job. At the end we just trust in the Ford brand. We have a Ford Ranger that has been good to us no problems with her, so why not continue with another Ford. Got a great deal and purchse the Explorer.

Great Experience!
Bought a 2015 Explorer for my Wife here at Sunrise Ford. I shopped around and they gave me the best price. They have a huge inventory. Gave us many options. Eli Noori and Danny Sanders worked with us and they were great. I will definitely buy my next Ford from this dealership in the future.

My husband and I have purchased 4 cars from Sunrise Ford! They always have the best selection of vehicles and a super friendly staff! We have been working with John Gaglio and Jacob Maxey for 3 of the four purchases. These guys are amazing!!! They always go above and beyond for us and anyone they work with!!! I have referred friends, family and even random people I speak with and they all have reported back with great experiences!!! Basically GO TO SUNRISE AND ASK FOR JOHN GAGLIO AND/OR JACOB MAXEY!!!!

Sunrise Ford
Great buying experience. Buying a car from fleet manager Eric Ariyasu, was a pleasant and pain free process. Very nice people, straightforward, no games at all. Follow-up was very good and included one on one instruction on using the car's computer/electronics. Overall all very nice, with a decent facility if you have to hang around, the even have a cafe! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and their fleet manager Eric.
