The general manager Mike and finance manager mark made the two and a half hour ride well worth it. There professionalism and attentiveness to get us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible without missing any steps was much appreciated.. I would recommend anybody from Massachusetts to take the drive down it's well worth your time

Overall poor experience.
Overall poor experience. Would not recommend this dealership to others. Purchased a used car from here; agreed in a price then attempted to upsell me with multiple unnecessary line items including “dealer package” for over 1300 and charge for vin etching of windows $195 Even though it was already done. Basic things like car wash and vacuuming out the inside of the car were not performed when I went to pick up the car. Still waiting to get a copy of the vehicle owners manual which I was promised on the date of purchase. Multiple phone calls go on returned. Spoke to one service manager, Dylan, who put me on hold and then disconnected me. I left a message for him and he never returned the call. If you can find the car you want somewhere else, I would recommend going there.

We purchased a 2025 Honda CR-V hybrid and had a great experience with the saleswoman, Sarah. My only issue was the finance guy, Eliezer Valdes. I told him multiple times, loud and clear, that I did not want any extra warranties or gap insurance, but somehow he still added to our purchase, and my wife signed without knowing they were in there. The next day, I called him and left a VM, and did not get a response. Then I got in touch with manager Mike, who agreed to have us come back and have it removed. We returned and worked with Frank William's who was an amazing finance guy. Thank you, Sarah, Mike & Frank. Please avoid Eliezer Valdes at all costs!
