I reached out to West Point Lincoln via email describing what I was looking for and my price range for a vehicle for my retired dad. I was contacted quickly by Michael Cook, who turned out to be such an amazing and personable salesman. Michael not only stayed within our price range but actually put my dad in something that was a better fit than what we originally asked for. He was incredibly organized, knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. When we arrived at the dealership to view the car and finalize everything, we were there for maybe only 2 hours – a refreshing change from the typical all-day dealership experience that can be so draining. We then met with Joseph in finance, who was also amazing! He explained everything in detail regarding the steps to finalize our purchase and was genuinely one of the nicest individuals we've encountered. We have always been a Lincoln family, but having additional positive experiences like this further reminds us why we return to Lincoln. It costs nothing to be kind and patient with people, and both Michael Cook and Joseph were not only amazing at their jobs they were genuinely kind individuals. I highly recommend visiting West Point Lincoln you won't be disappointed. Their commitment to exceptional customer service truly sets them apart.

Well, my wife and I have bought a new car every 10 years
Well, my wife and I have bought a new car every 10 years and we always selected a New Lincoln from West Point Lincoln. We felt that the person that we got to know over those years, named Arthur Garza always made sure that we were notified of the need of any maintenance service needed to keep our car running smoothy. Knowing how we were being handled, provided a lasting sense of peace of mind for the both of us through those years that we never worried about. My wife passed away 7 years ago and my present car, which is a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus just 5 years old, and it will be another 5 years before I need to buy another new Lincoln.

West Point Lincoln’s mobile unit is awesome!
West Point Lincoln’s mobile unit is awesome! They came to my home and did my oil change very quickly with a tire rotation as well. Great job.
