The service representative and mechanic provided excellent support during my vehicles recent maintenance and repair visit. Check it was quick and simple. The team called me to provide updates on service needed. Transportation was provided from the dealership and my home in a timely manner. Excellent service!

Warning warning warning this dealership has false advertising and does not care about its customers I have reached out to the department of motor vehicles the Texas Attorney General and most recently the FTC to complain about their practices they advertised a car as certified the salesman said it was certified he sent me a video saying it was certified he told us on the test drive that it was certified And 1 hour before I was supposed to go get the car the used car manager Marcus called and said it was not certified this is an epic fail by unethical dealer

Good afternoon sir, Thank you for your review and we appreciate you taking the time to inform us of your experience. With this particular circumstance we were notified by the manufacturer prior to delivering the vehicle to you that we could not sell this unit as a Certified Pre-owned unit due to the fact that this vehicle was part of a buyback program from Lincoln and that vehicles under that program are not eligible to be sold as certified units. This was a first for us and fortunately we caught it prior to you contracting and taking delivery. From our point of view we were doing what was right by you as the client by catching this error and informing you as soon as possible. We do certainly understand the frustration this has caused and are most apologetic but unfortunately this vehicle could not be transacted as a certified unit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you, West Point Lincoln
Great buying experience. Im over 1k miles from dealership. Flew in got a navigator from Sam. He is the best of the best, if u need a new or used vehicle don't hesitate. Sam answered all my questions and made it a easy purchase. Has bad experiences fro. Local dealer but Sam took time to send me a complete video of vehicle and made sure I had all.my questions answered. Again see Sam he will take care of all ur needs
