    Main complaint the phone rings more than 5 times, then the prompts if someone answers I was transferred back to the prompts the cycle starts over. It has... taken more than 1 day to get a return call.

    Mike has been wonderful. This has been our first family car for the kids. He worked well with us, and provided the best service. We highly recommend him... and this dealership. This was an excellent experience where he answered all our questions and became part of our first family car. The camera went bad last minute and Mike did a wonderful job of getting it fixed and providing a loaner car. The personal touch was something we really liked. Thank you.

    Arthur Garza is my service rep and he was tied up when I arrived but he already had someone ready to take care of me so I would not have to wait. Good... management skills. Everyone is so nice and the place is so comfortable and clean and cool. What more could someone want.

    No pressure to buy. I was able to take my time and drive multiple vehicles. When I was still unsure at the end of the day, I left with no pressure to... stay and buy today. Came back 2 days later and made my purchase. Don't over look Westpoint Lincoln!
