My car was having some transmission issues. After a terrible experience at the Sugar Land dealership I was directed to the Katy dealership. Dylan stayed in constant contact with me, let me know what was expected service- and timeline-wise and was a pleasure to work with. I had an AMAZING experience purchasing my new car from West Point Lincoln! From start to finish, the entire process was so easy and stress-free. I initially contacted Sam Seddiki and told him exactly what I was looking for. He found the vehicle, sent me the exact description, and never once made me feel like I was a bother. When I arrived, I met Khalil Benazouz, who helped me with the purchase. I didn’t realize Sam was a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant and that Khalil handled new vehicles, but Sam still went above and beyond—even knowing he wasn’t going to make the sale. That meant so much to me! Khalil was absolutely amazing and worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with my out-the-door price. The car I chose online was already cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go when I arrived. I walked in at 12:30 PM and drove away in my new car at 2:00 PM! Talk about SIMPLE! 😂 Both Sam and Khalil were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Sam even came back over to say goodbye and took pictures of me and my new car. ❤️ If you’re buying pre-owned, ask for Sam! If you’re buying new, ask for Khalil! You will NOT be disappointed.
