My sales associate Sayed Tagoe was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive. The final paperwork went seamlessly and was not prolonged by pressure sales tactics, which we much appreciated.

I love the honesty!

I love the honesty! I thought I needed brakes. They could have replaced my brakes and charged me a lot of money, but instead they told me my brakes were only at 50% wear. The only negative was, they popped my engine hood and did not close it. So as I drove down 70, I noticed it bobbing up and down and felt like it could spring open and I wouldn't be able to see. So I had to pull over on the side of I-70 to close the hood.

I needed “emergency” service due to a recent flat tire.

I needed “emergency” service due to a recent flat tire. Steve Larkins greeted me immediately and he was very friendly and thorough. The repair was done with no problems, and I was on my way!

As I pulled my car, I asked the service dispatching man

As I pulled my car, I asked the service dispatching man if he would honor O'donnell's email coupon price ($85 synthetic oil change & $25 tire rotate). I showed the printed paper of this email coupon. The man said 'Yes, I would'. But after the service, he charged more ($89+$29). When I questioned the charge, he insisted that was the correct price and yelled at me. How do you reason with the guy like this? He eventually gave me the coupon price after few argument. Be aware of this scam. The service itself (Oil change & Tire Rotation) was very good, but the dispatching man was either dishonest or could not do the very simple math.

Very prompt and courteous service.
