In and Out

Went in with an idea as to what I wanted. We had talked price before going so the longest part was just talking to my insurance, which was made much easier with their help. I forget the name of the man who helped with insurance but he was amazing and I would give him a 5 star rating. (if this is read he was planning on going fishing Sunday if that helps identify him!)

Great Dealership, Quick, Easy, Courteous!

I'd been tossing around the desire for a new car for over a year. I had looked around, pinged several dealers over several different models. None really replied effectively or directly considered my questions. I narrowed down to the 2017 Mazda RX-5 RF Grand Touring and said, that's it, I'm getting that car. I contacted 3 local dealers and consulted a friend. He noted that Sport Mazda was where he got both his Mazdas and that they were awesome. Turns out it was one of the 3 I contacted and the first to get back to me. I corresponded remotely via e-mail and text and by 2:00 that day I had everything worked out. The other dealers didn't even respond till 1:00 that day and, well, they missed out. I set everything up with Sport Mazda, confirmed they could work with everything I wanted for the sale and after work I stopped by, traded my car in, signed the paperwork and drove off in my new car. SUPER EASY, SUPER SMOOTH, SUPER FRIENDLY and a deal on my terms done without a day of sitting in the dealership haggling. Could not have been happier. And the car? Well, I am totally in LOVE with this car! This was a wonderful experience and the dealer has followed through on some back-ordered accessories and helping me get the car tinted as promised. Absolutely A+ Dealership and GREAT experience. You can't go wrong here! And if you want to work everything remotely, work with Brian San Pedro. He did an AMAZING job in communicating and getting everything setup for me so I just had to go in, sign and drive. Absolutely perfect!

2017 Mazda 3

Back in Nov 2016 we needed a new car. We came to Sport Mazda and received great customer service. We ended up purchasing a CX5. We love the SUV. Noel Ruiz was so patient with us that we decided to come back and purchase 2017 Mazda 3 that matches our CX5😊.

Barby great

Working with Barbara it was really easy because she knew everything about all the vehicles. She was also not pushy and did not use any of the old-school car salesman tactics what can I do to get you in it today type of thing. She was also patient with their decision and was proactive in getting us the information that we wanted. I also appreciate the hospitality and speediness of the paperwork process. I do wish you offered complementary soda for people waiting in the lobby

PROS with no games played!

Michael is a PRO! Not pushy, listening and meeting my purchase goals, knowing Mazda product well. There was no games played , Mr Cruz Jr. helped with the trade / sale process and was very clear to talk to. It was well worth the drive from Tampa Bay . No Dealer Fee is icing on the cake.

Delvin was Awesome

We recently went to Sport Mazda to buy a new car and Delvin was our sales person. I had my last car for 14 years and was dreading the thought of going to get a new car because we all have heard about or have actually had the pushy sales guy,the good cop/bad cop between the salesman and the sales manager on price,etc,etc. Delvin was very nice, listened to what we wanted, and we looked at cars that fit our criteria. He was very patient on our multiple test drives and never tried to push any car on us. Once we made our decision,with zero pressure from Delvin, we went in and signed the paperwork with Edwin Acevedo. He made the transaction process very quick and painless, while also explaining everything so we understood what we were signing. Got a great rate and payment a little less then we expected. We will definitely come back when the time comes for our next car. Thanks again Delvin and Edwin!!!!

This guy is really good seller he show you a lout options about car you can choice whatever you want for real is good guy i recommend and not just him.edwin and the guy show you the car aboutr the bottom and everething mazda is the best diller and speak good Spanish so es lo mejor que hay my people

Daughter's First New Car

I negotiated the price with several dealers online for my daughter. After I had made my final decision I emailed all the dealers to let them know the status of my decision. Jason responded with a written quote that I couldn't refuse so I had to let the other dealer know I had changed my mine. When we arrived we were met by Aida. Aida respected that we had already made a decision on a car and didn't try to up sell us on another vehicle. She was very professional and respectful. We met Jason who was very cordial and communicated his appreciation of choosing Sport Mazda. The finance manager manager explained all the warranty packages in a clear and precise manner which we respectfully declined. At the end Carlos explained and demonstrated all the car's options in a patient and clear manner to my daughter. We would definitely return to purchase another Mazda. A great A+ experience!
