Williams Honda

I contacted the same sales person I had 8 years earlier. I was delighted he was still working. I previous experience was great and new it would be again. He is an expert in the operation of the car, and very patient in explaining. He also is very willing to help, if I call with a question, always returns my calls promptly. The paper work went smoothly as well, excellent person in that position.

My problem was identified quickly and fixed and I was on my way. Service folks are always friendly, polite, and helpful.

We were never pressured to buy the vehicle and our sales agent was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Dropped it off the night before and picked it up the next day. No hassle, real simple. They got it done.

I have continued to use Williams Honda because of their respectful, courteous and diligence in making sure I make the decisions for repairs recommended and they don't pressure me. They are customer focused. I love them and have used them since they were in Milan, PA.

The employees in the service department remember who I am as a customer, which says alot about their character. Even if I do not purchase a car from the dealership in the future, I will contrinue to have my vehicles serviced here.

The service department staff are wonderful. I was kept informed of all the developing problems with my 2000 CR-V so I could authorize the repairs necessary to keep her on the road.
