7/3-UPDATE ABOUT A WEEK AFTER REVIEW: Neville called me a

7/3-UPDATE ABOUT A WEEK AFTER REVIEW: Neville called me a few days ago asking me to remove these reviews. The agreement was, get us what we were promised and I will remove them. #2 and 3 resolved, pending #1. UPDATE 2 DAYS AFTER REVIEW: #3 finally got permanent plates! Finance from the dealership took care of what they needed to and was able to get us plates. #1&2 When husband picked up plates today, he asked Neville about getting the charger. Neville said, “we’re waiting on your wife to send us a 2nd quote to send up the case #”. My husband told him he doesn’t care about the coverage for install right now, he just wants to get the charger he paid for. Neville said “oh the guy that handles electric isn’t here. I promise we’ll handle this first thing in the morning”. WHY HASN’T THIS ALREADY BEEN HANDLED- ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS UPDATE A DAY AFTER REVIEW: #3 finally got through to the MVA and they DON’T have any paperwork to get the permanent tags! Its been 2MONTHS since purchase- No BoS, no purchase agreement, no title. Left a message with the dealership because of course, the manager was not available. 6/24(original post) DO NOT go to Apple Ford in Columbia MD. Their customer service before and during purchase is a complete 360 to the customer service after you’ve already spent your money. We purchased mid April 2025 and to date (June 24, 2025) have not had our issues resolved or any attempts to communicate a resolve. 1. They advertised the Ford Power Promise that includes a complimentary home charger (Ford Charge Station Pro) and standard installation for eligible vehicles. You just have to go through a third party named QMERIT. When you look up the Ford Power Promise, all the info revolves around the 1.0 version. Qmerit website also states a 1.0 version. When you get to the next step of install is when Qmerit says it’s actually a 2.0 version that covers less and would require out of pocket payment (about 1K out of pocket). Qmerit says to take it up with the dealership and the dealership says to take it up with Qmerit It took Apple Ford 2 weeks to get back to me, only to request I call corporate to request a case number. We completed that and I have literally called every 2-3 days to get an update on the case. Neville Dick (new car sales manager) is either never at work or just bad at communication because he never responds to messages left or emails sent. When I do get a hold of him, he has to speak to Ned Doetsch (general manager who is of some relation to the dealership owner) because he knows best how to navigate the Ford Power Promise. The problem is he never calls back after. We just want what was advertised to us. To date there has been no resolve. 2. During purchase, we asked if there was any incentive for reserve military and told yes, there's a rebate of $500 that covers the Ford Charger that is needed for home charging. We find out a few days later that it’s only for active duty, which is ok with us. We go back in and pay them back $500 to cover the charger. To date, the request for where to pick up or when we will receive the charger has been ignored. We can't even pay out of pocket for install because we don't have the charger that we gave them $500 for. 3. We received temporary tags while we wait on permanent ones that get mailed to the dealership for customer pick up. Tags expire in 2 days and there is still no permanent plate for us. Asked for another set of temporary tags to be told by a sales representative, “I’m not sure, I have to ask the manager and will get back to you.” (Sir, I've been calling for a while about them, we should be on the, "if they call back, these are the answers, so everyone is in the KNOW" list!) I have asked multiple people to escalate or provide me with someone who CAN help but it all resorts back to Neville and Ned. It seems that they are the single point of failure here at this site. AVOID this dealership!! You will not get help after your purchase. :(

My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service

My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service program, as well as, two other items. My vehicle was promptly taken in and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. As sion as the work was completed, I was notified and my car was waiting for me, so that I could be in my way. Thank you to the Service Department for making this an easy in and out!

I was running a little behind and wanted to get my oil

I was running a little behind and wanted to get my oil changed prior to a Dr appointment. The service writer was a Rock Star. Got my truck serviced zippidy do da and off I went. Made my appointment with a few minutes to spare. I can’t thank him enough. I’ll do better about getting there earlier. Thank you again for making it a great experience.

Curtis Ford & Cory Ford did a sensational job helping me.

Curtis Ford & Cory Ford did a sensational job helping me. 1st Class service. The Best! I am leaving for a 12 hour drive and the light came on to get my oil changed. Without any hesitation, Curtis - Service Manager took me right in and made sure my car was in tip top shape before my road trip. They rotated my tires, checked the car totally and I drove away with a clean shiny car, new windshield wipers, new battery and feeling like the Most Important Person in the World. The Service is beyond amazing and the entire team totally Rock. Thank you Curtis and Team!

When I bought a new truck at Apple Ford, I purchased the service package for routine maintenance and car washes. Big mistake. Hard to get an appt. Oil changes take 3-4 hrs. Ford staff doesn’t care, treats customers like trash. Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation a few days ago. At pickup, I was told the tires were rotated, but they were not. I will never do business with Apple Ford again, wish I’d never purchased a truck there. They are dishonest. I would not recommend Apple Ford to anyone.

After I sent an email inquiry about a truck advertised on

After I sent an email inquiry about a truck advertised on their website, Richard Martinez promptly replied with the information I had requested and quoted me a fantastic price. Subsequently I drove 250 miles from Long Island to complete the transaction. When I told Richard what my preferences were, he quickly located the exact F150 I was looking for and drove more than 200 miles to pick it up and deliver it quickly. I received no pressure from F&I department and Justin King handled complicated out of state registration efficiently. I had an exceptional sales experience and I highly recommend this family owned dealership.
