Incredible service. I can't stop raving over the quality of service. My oil % was at 5%, I called with my concern, and Curtis, Tony, and Tracy all helped me to make sure my car would be safe and taken care of. They had their mobile maintenance program come to where I work and changed the oil, rotated to tires and checked all the fluids. Not even 24 hours later my car is ready to go.

AVOID APPLE FORD – Deceptive Sales & Complete Management Ghosting Do not buy a vehicle here unless you get every single promise in writing before signing. When I bought my truck, the salesperson (Kilmer Cruz) verbally promised multiple times that interior seat and door markings would be fully repaired to close the deal as well as several other repairs. Instead, they rushed me through signing a blank "We Owe" slip without reviewing it and completely changed their story after the keys were handed over.I have spent a full year playing phone tag and being ignored. The General Manager Ned personally promised me a callback twice and completely ghosted me. Salesman Mike texted me a year later begging for my truck as a trade-in; when I reminded him of the unresolved damage, he said he put it on Sales Manager Scott’s desk. Scott ignored it for over a month. They will promise you the world to buy a car, but once you sign, they treat you like you don't exist. I have officially filed a formal fraud and deceptive trade practices complaint with the Maryland Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and escalated this to Ford Corporate. Buyers beware.

I purchased a Ford Blue Certified used truck from Apple Ford on May 29, 2026, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. My salesperson knew we were driving over two hours to pick up the truck and I confirmed two days in advance that we would be there Friday. The purchase still took over three hours, even though I did not need financing. The paperwork was not ready, and I later discovered conflicting sale dates on the documents, along with important missing forms that had never been signed by us. The truck was also not properly detailed. The passenger-side headliner was visibly filthy. We pointed it out when we arrived, and it received a quick wipe-down. The truck still appeared to have received little more than a quick wash and tire shine. There were also visible scratches that I was told could be buffed out. According to Ford Motor Company, deep scratches are supposed to be corrected before a vehicle is certified. Within 30 days, the passenger-side mirror and trailer wiring harness failed. I dropped the truck off at Ace Ford on June 25. While it was there, I asked them to check a clanking noise from the front end. They diagnosed a bad tie rod. The repair was not covered under the warranty and was estimated at over $600. I paid a $107 deductible for the mirror and trailer wiring repairs. It took a full week of emails, texts, and calls to get Apple Ford to agree to repair the tie rod. I was also told, "Do you really want to drive over two hours to save $100?" That completely missed the point. I purchased a Ford Blue Certified truck and expected it to be properly inspected. I dropped the truck off at Apple Ford on July 2 and picked it up on July 12. The tie rod was repaired, but the paint repairs were not completed, even though the scratches had been marked for repair by the service manager with tape. The truck was not detailed (even the dirt that was pointed out to them at drop off remained) and the seats and interior were not shampooed as requested. I was without my truck for 18 days before making my first payment. On July 13, the driver's-side mirror motor failed, requiring another $107 repair. I also waited at home on July 14 for tags Apple Ford said would be delivered with a signature required. No one showed up, and I still do not have my tags. I emailed management on July 13 to voice my concerns. The only response I received was from Curtis Ford in service asking how his department did. I like the truck itself. My issue is the repeated lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. I expected far more from a Ford Blue Certified vehicle and from the dealership that sold it.

Negotiated a deal with salesman to purchase a vehicle. Picked up check from bank and agreed to meet salesman the following day to purchase vehicle (dealership is 3.5 hours away). Was asked to let him know when I was on my way. Texted him when I was on my way only to receive a response that the vehicle just sold. Said it was out of his control. Still getting AI generated emails asking what can they do to earn my business for the vehicle that had been sold. This is why I don’t like dealing with car salesman. Do not recommend!

Ben, my service manager, is great. He is very knowledgable, patient, and helpful. He takes the time to explain what the service entails and how long he estimates the repair will take to complete. He keeps me informed during the process.

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

Update to my Aug 12,2025 review: Neville has been working diligently to resolve our issues. As of today, all issues are resolved and we can enjoy our Mustang Mach E.

Buyer Beware – Apple Ford in Columbia, Maryland is Dishonest and Unethical I saved for years to purchase my dream car – a 2022 Toyota 4Runner. I found one at Apple Ford listed as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with a clean Carfax, exactly the kind of purchase I wanted to make. I bought the vehicle in good faith, paying in full without a deposit. Later, when getting a lift installed, my mechanic discovered the vehicle had undergone a frame swap, a clear sign of severe past damage. This was never disclosed by Apple Ford, not in the Carfax report, not in the Certified Pre-Owned inspection documents. Even worse, the area where the VIN should be visible was painted over, hiding that it does not match my vehicle. I have photographic evidence from my mechanic’s report. Since discovering this, I have spent weeks trying to contact managers. No one has returned my calls. I have been left completely in the dark. The problems began immediately after purchase • The sales rep offered me $500 off the warranty if I left them a five-star review – keep this in mind when reading their glowing ratings. • I explicitly told the finance department I did not want a warranty, but the finance manager tried to slip it into my paperwork anyway, only removing it after I caught it. • I had my vehicle shipped to me, but it arrived without license plates. I had to drive without plates for weeks while repeatedly chasing my sales rep. He promised to overnight them but didn’t. • I was told I had a second set of keys – months later, despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received them. • Communication from the dealership was consistently slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. Apple Ford’s conduct has been dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical from start to finish. They sold me a “Certified” vehicle that hides major accident history, ignored me when I sought answers, and repeatedly failed to deliver on their own promises. If you value honesty, transparency, and integrity, look elsewhere. This dealership does not care about you after the sale, and in my experience, they will go out of their way to avoid accountability.
