Absolutely the worst experience ever . Bought a truck, 60 day later was asked to return it. Because my bank gave them wrong pay off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then when I didn't want too one of the James's said they would repo it . The difference in pay off was $4500.00 . So I returned the truck and then one month later on car gurus I see the same exact truck for $6000 less . A very greedy and thoughtless dealership. I was given a paper temp tag and told to wait for registration in the mail. Guess the dealership didn't know they couldn't transfer tags from a truck to an SUV !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchasing a new 2015 Explorer
I purchased a new Explorer from Apple Ford for the 2nd time in two months. ( The 1st one was rear ended and totaled within a month of purchase. ) The salesman, Edward Doetsch , was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was in and out of the dealership in a short amount of time. I thought the price was very fair and the selection was excellent. I would do it again without hesitation.
