Sold a car right from underneath me after I confirmed 3 times with them and drove 2 hours to pick the vehicle up with the loan in hand. Horrible and unethical.

Great service

I was treated like a vip during each visit. The sales process and minor repairs were painless. Hopefully future visits will be just as enjoyable.

Pleasant and informative

David was really great sales person. Very informative . Very helpful and easy to understand when he explained something. If he didn’t know answer he went and found out from some one else.

Poor Salesman Service!

I was there looking at used Vehicles early this week and hoping the salespeople would say hi and knowing these people work on commission I was excited to buy the vehicle I was looking at. To my disappointment the two salesman that did see me gave me a smug look, I was happy to see Hispanic salesman but to my dismay I received a bad look. I said to myself, that’s fine, I’ll buy elsewhere. Thank you for being rude! Will never buy from here or send family and friends your way.

David did a great job and was able to help me get into the new vehicle as soon as possibl I could not find his name in the list of salesman but David did a great job

Awesome Experience

From the 2 sales reps I dealt with, to the finance manager l, and to the young lady selling extras, they did a awesome job and do a very nice job! All departments were very professional and know their job responsibilities. I'm in the business also and when I a professional organization, I make sure I point it out. Very very dedicated in what they do and you can tell they are proud what they do! They deserve some kind of reconition because all you hear now a days are bad reviews and I'm sick and tired of people out there complaining about the simplistic things as they should be complaining about themselves. Well done everyone at Apple Ford! Whohooooo!

Great, no hassle and can't beat the dealerships warranty

The first time I went to Apple, David showed me cars and explained everything that comes in it plus the dealerships warranty. I went online, shopped around l, and realized Apple provided the best price plus their warranty was great. Next time I went to Apple, I was seen by Chris. Chris was also great to work with. The paper process didn't take long at all.

Straight forward initial experience

We were in and out very quickly. We knew what we wanted, and the staff helped move us through the process very quickly, without the usual pain of the "let me talk to my manager" or "you really should get the pain sealant" experience. My first ford (we were a GM family). INterested to see how the long term experience is. So far, so good.

Stay away from this place

This place is all about sneaking warrentys in your purchase . They put a $3388 warranty on my car without ever asking me that I found out later from the bank that my loan was for over 20k when it should of been 17k like I was told by the dealer. They put the warranty in very small print and do not tell you they added it and do not tell you what it includes. They also would rather not sell you the car if you do catch the warranty they sneak in. Better of going to a different dealer then these xxxx bags
