Called about the recall on my 18 CRV. Service department was rude answering the phone, then hung up on me. I assumed we got disconnected so called back and waited 15 min on hold. no way to reach an actual person, so I hung up and tried again. The only way they answer the phone is if they're trying to SELL you something, otherwise you can forget it. Left a message with the manager, and no big surprise, no call back. Customer service is awful!

Found a car in our price range.
Found a car in our price range. Eric was texting me back and forth with car link to the car we liked. He text the price of 25 thousand plus fees. We get to dealership and Eric hands us off to George. George hardly said a word. We put in our offer of 24,000 with all fees covered by them. George comes back showing us the price of 32,000. All these fees they don’t tell you about. Dishonest sales people and dealership. Hand off approach and dishonest.
