I feel as though the experience went very well. As well as buying a car could go. I will be able to really give my full opinion when/if I need a maintenance service. That will truly be the deciding factor to my overall experience. From what I've been told and read it's a totally different ball game from buying a car to needing help with it. I will find out then, I guess.

John actually met us at the door and was friendly from the start. He was understood what we wanted and what you offered to meet our needs and bought out several cars particularly the one we purchased. He was very thorough in going over with us the electronic systems that are very complex and many.

After going to a different dealership who could not meet our needs, we decided to look at the Hyndai's at Bob Bell. We were met at the door by Merrick who was extremely friendly and once we told him what we were looking for, took us right to the best car for us. The finance department worked with us to get us out the door in a timely manner and the young lady who did the paperwork was very knowledgeable and helpful in everything that was needed.
