Kevin Feldman thoroughly explained all of the necessary repairs and related costs involved, even remembering to include any discounts and points I was entitled to.. Have been purchasing and servicing vehicles at Lia Honda for many years, and have never had any issues.

Moved to this area a few years ago and service my Hondas

Moved to this area a few years ago and service my Hondas at Lia. My lease was up and I chose to use Lia, after 30+ years of leasing at another dealership. My former salesperson, Peter Leahy, I found out is now there.

Barry Weiss answered my questions clearly and completely.

Barry Weiss answered my questions clearly and completely. He and Irene Powell accepted my offer, when I was forced to reschedule my original appointment, in order to allow me to make a deposit to hold the car in which I was most interested, until I could get there. We made a new appointment for a couple of days later. Then Brian accompanied me on my test drive, explaining features of the car which were different from the previous Hondas I had owned. I told him I wanted to buy an extended warranty, valid for several years. Within a few minutes, he introduced me to Chris Corbett. Chris went over the options available to me, and the pros and cons of each, with his useful, relevant knowledge, and with welcome, polite humor. I told Barry and Chris that I was ready to pay in full for the certified pre-owned Honda and for a warranty that would be in effect not just for one year, but rather for several years. I am convinced, that Chris proceeded to describe options, with the sincere intention to help me choose the plan that was in my best interests. We agreed on one. Chris guided me with the necessary paperwork. Lots of thanks to Irene Powell, to Barry Weiss, and to Chris Corbett.
