Purchasing my new car was fairly even and most communication was via text. Not much confusion or miscommunication and all went well. No negotiations or anything and I was able to sign and pick up my car in about an hour once it had arrived.

Johnny was great!! It’s been a very long time since i’ve bought a car. The clean up of the car took a very long time

Incredibly poor customer service, on several occasions....

Incredibly poor customer service, on several occasions. It seems like they just hate being honest. They sell used cars without disclosing that parts of it are damaged (couple of photos of the vehicle right after sale). They give you the wrong paperwork for registration and say that they don't have the title (of course, they eventually find it). They make repairs to cars without asking for permission, during a routine oil change (obviously, it takes way more time than expected). They send advertisements after being asked for several times to stop doing it.

I never thought I would say this about buying w car but this was a pleasant experience. It was a meticulously clean environment, they were extremely nice people, they fully utilized modern technology, the car was exactly what we hoped it would be and the purchase process was stress free.
