Took my car in for the fuel pump recall told me they
Took my car in for the fuel pump recall told me they needed to replace the fuel pump module which was not covered under the recall $270.00 then they said the car was in the bay and would not start battery was dead even though when i left to go there it was 19 degrees out and it started fine another $172.00. As i sat in the waiting area the girl would come out telling all the customers they needed new windshield wipers and brake fluid flushes just trying to get as much as they can from people. then when you pay they charge you 3.5% for using your credit card even though they can deduct what credit card companies charge them off taxes. This is the second new Honda we bought first back in 2006 which was much better quality than the 2018. Will not ever buy a new Honda and will never take our car back to this dealer.

Always a pleasure to Work Kristen and the service team, Friendly and professional. They are always there for me , the job is always done well, speedy and prices are fair! I trust the work they do on my car and I feel safe and secure leaving !! Most recent job was brakes and rotors , car drove like new!! Two weeks later , a piece of metal Was stuck in my tire, I brought it in and it was done within 45 mins!

They rip people off.
They rip people off. I can’t understand why they force you to buy something you don’t want like a tire package and key replacement package. Be warned that you get ripped off and they treat customers poorly.
