We purchased a vehicle in March after being brought in by the sales rep lying they would match a price we found at a different dealer. That was the beginning... of a horrible car buying experience. We had to get plates and the car registered in delaware and even got charged a few hundred extra dollars for this service. Well it is now June and we still dont have our registration. The lein holder is now calling me asking why they dont have the title and the sales rep wont respond to us. We tried for weeks getting them the informationfor them to tell us Delaware DMV was close (it wasnt i actually had to go get a second temporarily tag and am going to need a third tomorrow.) We have exhausted all our options with this and i dont want to have to pay for another temporary tag. Avoid this chain of dealerships and save yourself some hassle.
I was not at Causeway Honda to purchase a car on Thursday evening. I ended up there because of the horrible storm that I was driving through on Route... 72 on my way to Long Beach Island. The road was beginning to flood and cars were having a tough time navigating all of the water on the road. The Police were beginning to block the road off and it was just a dangerous mess. I had my daughter and two dogs with me and I was just a little nervous after I arrived in their parking lot. The few staff members that were standing outside under the overhang could not have been nicer. They offered me a dry, safe place to wait out the storm inside the showroom and asked if I needed anything. I did not end up going in, but just knowing that I had a place to go if necessary was a relief. I am not in the market right now for a car, however, when I am ready I would not think twice about purchasing from them! Thanks for helping me stay calm and safe!

While the Honda Odyssey is nice, this place is a scam. From switching APR's to switching car prices to inflating monthly payments. They will screw you... at every chance. I will never go back to this dealership. The smiles they show are because they know how much money they're going to scam you out of. Buy beware.
