Causeway Honda

I purchased a Honda Civic and knew that I would only purchase from Manahawkin, as when I had a previous Honda serviced there, a super salesman spoke to me about cars and felt he was extremely knowledgeable and not pressuring me. I did seek him out when seriously shopping for my car which I ultimately purchased!

Excellent service department and customer waiting area. Employees are pleasant but, not so good for buying experience, they're pricey and it's pain to answer all the sales peoples' questions. Looks like a great company other than that.

The car was serviced as promised. Always a pleasure. My son took the car for me an he was impressed.

I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord at Causeway Honda and I received lifetime oil changes, so I go every six months to get my oil changed there and they are very helpful and quick getting me out within one hour :)

Did try to sell me something that was not needed so now I'm very reserved as to what they recommend. They wanted to rotate my tires which they did just three months prior.

After being turned down by , and, or overly priced by numerous dealerships, I decided to give Causeway a chance because of a letter I received "guaranteeing" they could help me. Truthfully I was skeptical because of all my prior dealings with many dealerships, but I had an appt with Robert Matthews and for some reason I had a fairly good feeling about it. WELL, I was RIGHT! He was able to get me out of a terrible situation with my current car, and put me in a brand new vehicle. He was very professional and did his job so well that I felt calm thru the whole experience. As I stated at the beginning , the process was "painless" and also quick from start to finish. I also REALLY liked the gentleman I worked with in finance, I'm sorry I don't recall his name right now ;(. I would def. recommend this dealership to friends! Thanks!!
