Service department are always very helpful. Explain the needs to my car. I never feel force that I have to have something done but when it needs to be done, they explain to me the reasons fast service, great turnaround time and would recommend the service to other car rentals. Special call out to Kristen my service manager who is always there to help me as needed

Always Satisfied

Kristen makes the whole process quick and efficient. She makes sure I am kept informed. She has excellent customer service skills and goes over and beyond for the customer. She followed up to ensure I received my warranty reimbursement and always makes sure my rides home and back are ready.

Service department
Always top-notch service from this department. Kristen is the best. Just a suggestion, change the channel on the TV once in a while, watching Tasmanian devils kill each other was not cool.
