Do not bring your car here for service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my 2019 Sorento SLX in to have an oil pressure sensor issue diagnosed. I was told the front oil pan was cracked and the rear main oil seal needed to be replaced, and that these repairs would resolve the problem. After paying $2,600, I picked up my car—only for the oil pressure warning to come back on while I was driving home. I immediately texted my service advisor. The message was read, but I received no response. I then called the service department; a message was supposedly left for an advisor, but no one contacted me. The next day, I still hadn’t heard back and had to call again. When I returned the car, I was told it would cost an additional $2,700 to actually fix the issue. This is completely unacceptable.

Update: I want to follow up on my original review and provide an update. After escalating the situation, Kia ultimately made things right and resolved the issue with my vehicle. While the initial experience was extremely frustrating I do appreciate that the problem was eventually addressed and corrected. I’m sharing this update to be fair and acknowledge that Kia did stand behind the repair in the end. I hope this also helps encourage better communication and customer care going forward Do not bring your car here for service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Title: Unsafe Vehicle – Poor Dealership Support Despite repeated service visits to Generation Kia in Bohemia, our 2024 Kia Carnival continues to have serious safety issues, including steering, transmission, warning lights, braking, and suspension concerns. Timeline of issues: Apr 28, 2025: Recall service; defects appear. May 18, 2025: Service visit; issues persist. Jun 16, 2025: Service visit; defects reappear. Aug 21, 2025: Service visit; dealership states fixed, no follow-up. Sep 4, 2025: Vehicle pick-up; no call, had to check in. Sep 24, 2025: issues re-emerged; Reported to sales manager, dealership confirms they cannot resolve and advised litigation. The dealership has failed to fix these defects or provide timely updates. The vehicle remains parked for safety reasons while we continue paying nearly $700 per month plus insurance. Given the ongoing issues and this dealership’s inability to resolve the matter directly, I cannot recommend their service or support.

Don’t waiste your time here.

Don’t waiste your time here. 4 months ago , I order a car; specific color & interior. Finally 4 months later my 2nd choice came in but not the interior color I wanted. I was told by original mgr Pete that I’m a repeat customer, waiting soo long they would take care of me w/ final pricing. So, today I sit down w/ new mgr, who acts as if he’s doing me a favor. Arrogance. First he tries to say car is sticker peice& that’s the price. I again advise him that I’ve waited 4 months& this is my 2nd choice not the original color I wanted. He stares at me as if to intimidate me! He says u know what I’ll take $500/ off the car. As if $500 is a massive discount! I tell him no. I was promised a repeat customer discount, told I’d be taken care of for waiting soo long, etc.. etc… he didn’t budge. Again the stare. I get up tell him we are done. As I’m walking out the door he says ok I’ll give u a $1000 off sticker price. Not even offering to throw anything in, etc… I walked out. I was treated like I was beneath him. Why? Maybe bcause I’m a female?? Who knows. Peter( original mgr) was honest& sincere. This guy has a huge ego. Don’t waiste your time going here.

Don’t waste your TIME here . Literally told me they would submit the deal to finance and I never got a call. I called back and sales manager stated oh my assumption there was never a deal . Like c’mon be straight with the customer. Literally wasted my time

What an amazing dealership!

What an amazing dealership!!!! We recently purchased a new 2025 Tulluride from this dealership and could not be happier with the overall experience. From the moment we walked in to the dealership we were greeted by the manager, Karim with a warm welcome and smiling face. It just got better from there..... Our sales consultant, Johann was the best!!!!! He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Once we settled on the perfect vehicle for us, we were given an honest and totally transparent out the door cost of the vehicle. Everything was itemized and provided to us upfront without guesswork. We were even told of the special Kia financing deals currently offered and all the manufacturer incentives available. Wow, amazing!!!!! Our only thing next to do was to meet with the wonderful finance manager, Lawrence and sign the deal. Lawrence was awesome too!!!! He explained to us the manufacture warranty on the vehicle and provided us with a few additional options that may be of benefit to us. When all was said and done, everything went great!!!! We got the perfect vehicle, at the price we agreed upon with no hidden fees and the exact monthly payment expected. If we could give Generation Kia a 100 star review we would gladly do so. They are the best dealership and it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Thank you Generation Kia!!!!

I purchased my 2022 Kia Sorrento Hybrid last week. Karol Sanchez was my sales person and I can't begin to tell you how incredibly nice she was. She was very informative about the car we purchased and answered all of our questions without being pushy. She never made us feel rushed even when we were asking questions about different cars on the lot. Karol was instrumental in us deciding to purchase that day. Lawrence in finance was very helpful as well. Will definitely be returning their for our next family care.

I purchased my 2021 Telluride October of 2020.

I purchased my 2021 Telluride October of 2020. I really enjoyed this car but had to have the trim replaced due to fading. Kia took forever to get my parts & was only replaced in February of 2024. September of 2024 part of the trim fell off the car completely and could not be salvaged. I called requesting an appointment and did not get a call back. January of 2025 I scheduled a service appointment to have my concerns met and still haven’t heard back about the replacement trim, you know who I did hear back from? Kia looking to buy my car from me. Customer service is lacking here. I will be updating my google review to better depict my terrible experiences with Kia
