TOP NOTCH

Chris and everyone else in Service, are TOP NOTCH! I came in from Texas to help inspect homes for hail damage, from the recent storms. My A/C went out in my Chevy Truck. They helped me with a rental vehicle and performed my service expeditiously! I am happy to report, my A/C is blowing "SnowBalls" out of the vents! Thanks AutoNation Chevrolet!!!

Great experience from start to finish!

Actually, I already HAVE recommended your dealership to three people! Buying a car at AutoNation Chevrolet Timonium was not only low-pressure, it was also a lot of fun! I've been telling everyone who will listen that I should buy new cars more often. :-) During the entire process, I was made to feel like the most important person on the planet. Christos was great -- he asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and followed up without being pushy. When I came in to check out the car, Josh gave me a tour of the place and we went out for a test drive. He explained all the features of the car. Rick took care of the financing for me. Everyone with whom I came in contact at AutoNation was professional and friendly. I'm a die-hard Chevy person and I have found my dealership for life!

Great car, great location to buy from.

We used USAA's car buying service which put us into contact with AutoNation. The internet sales manager, while helpful, we were not pleased with when it finally came down to purchasing the car. However the sales person, Scott, was very helpful. We enjoyed dealing with him.

I had multiple issues with my car. The team worked proactively to solve them. They even went above and beyond to help me. Even dropped me off at my office while my car was being worked on. Thanks!

Another Wonderful Experience

Again, I was more than pleased with the excellent service I received. Along with a routine oil change, I had a special request related to stickers that needed to be removed from the windshield of our car. The routine oil change service was completed very quickly, along with a needed front end alignment, and the stickers were GONE in no time, thanks to a special tool and a very kind service representative. The waiting area was very comfortable too. Thanks so much for making it so pleasant to bring my car for service every time.

Great service

A recall was due. They got me in for service the same day I called. Didn't have to wait long. The only problem was the driver seat was too far back for me. I always have to adjust my seat after service.
