Buying Process great

AutoNation was there for me all the way and here is why. I purchase my Silverado 1500 late Saturday night to be exact everyone had left for the evening but my saleman Mr Rudy Raly and Mr. Szumlanski and not to mention it was dark, So the truck look very good until next day. The day I will never forget and I sure my family will put this in their book of a bad deal for starter the outside mirror had to be adjusted by hand, to unlock the door it was done manuel with a key in the door, no carpet and the rims just plain ugly ugly. My family kept asking why did I trade my good payoff truck for this and I say they gave me a good offer that I could not past. So Sunday was a bad day all I did that day was felted bad of my deal and talk about that ugly truck. But Monday came and AutoNation here I come, And the was ready for me I started my concern with Mr. Rudy my saleman and he said he got this and boy he did he use the 3 days cool off policy that was in place, put in the vehicle that I deserved and I was out in a hour. And guess what! my family restore their faith in my decision making again everyone is happy to include my 18 month grand bady. Rudy get Five Stars

Terrific Dealer

Had an appointment and was taken on time. One hour later I was on my way. The waiting room was comfortable with wifi ,water was available, Jodi, the service writer was most knowledgeable and polite. A very fine dealer that represents Cheverolet proudly!

best dealership visit I ever had

Great experience, I had been to 3 dealerships in one week pricing trucks before coming to autonation in timonium. autonation was by far the most accommodating of the bunch, and the price was better than I anticipated

Awesome seevice

Awesome experience . I drove up unannounced without an appt got my oil changed, fluids topped off, tires rotated in about an hour. Then even did a courtesy check and told me keep eye on brakes maybe will need In the next year or two . Thanks barry the team is great !

Excellent staff treated me great.

I was greeted at the door by a service technician because I was limping due to a foot injury. Everything was handled expertly by your staff and my vehicle was ready to go the next morning.
