MR.CANNADY

HAD VEHICLE TOWED THERE FOR WON'T START COMPUTER WAS BAD REPLACED COMPUTER AND HAD VEHICLE BACK QUICKER THAN EXPECTED WONDERFUL JOB AND SERVICE

Quick and friendly service

Barry stayed open to take our service request and had our recall service done first thing the next morning way before the original time promised.

Service Department

My 2010 HHR's power steering went out and I assumed it was covered by a current recall - it wasn't. After dealing with GM customer care and getting nowhere, I called Barry in the service department. What a relief to talk to someone who cared about me and my issue. I took my vehicle in and Barry promised to look into the issue and take on GM for me, but could not promise me anything and I didn't need to pay to diagnose the problem (which another dealer, closer to me, wanted). I am happy to report that my power steering has been fixed at no cost to me. Barry and Jody really came through for me. They were extremely courteous and were helping me because it was the right thing to do. I will continue to patronize them even though they are further away, the customer service is worth the extra miles. I am amazed that Barry was able to help me when a customer service manager ay GM and another dealer wouldn't.

SECOND TIME'S THE CHARM

I dropped off my car around noon (having previously set up an appointment to do so to take care of a mandatory factory recall on the vehicles ignition) and was informed that the work would be done later that afternoon. Around 4:30pm, I called and was given the "all done" by the counter person. I arrived, and paid for the extra work I asked for (brakes and oil change), and went to my car to leave. I turned the key and nothing happened. I tried again, and still nothing. So I went inside, and informed them that the car would not start, and was met with an incredulous "Get out of here!" I replied, "That's what I was trying to do..." and we went outside to the car. After some jiggling of the key, he finally got the engine to turn over, and drove it back to the service area. About 20 minutes later (and swapping out the ignition for a new one), I was on my way.

Best car buying experience, ever!

Originally, I had found another vehicle at a different dealership, where I unfortunately experienced my first "bait-and-switch" tactic. I put a deposit down on the vehicle, which was then sold, but they "had plenty of other options." I have owned 9 vehicles before this and it was absolutely the worst car buying experience, even before any papers were signed. Luckily, I choose to not do business with them. Based on the recommendations of my parents, I looked at AutoNation in Timonium. I found a '07 Honda Civic Si, which was immaculate. I immediately fell in love with the car. But none of this could of happened without the help of our wonderful sales associate, Katie! She even put a "Reserved for Nate" sign in the car! (Nice touch). Working with her has been, by far, the best, easiest, and least stressful car buying experience I have ever been through. She was extremely polite, professional, not to mention just a good, real human being. She was understanding of my credit situation and the need to have a co-signer. Non-judgmental. No pressure. A genuine person. I can not say enough good things about Katie. I will certainly be recommending friends and co-workers to see her when they need a new vehicle. Phillip, the finance manager, was also an extreme pleasure to deal with. Thank you all so much!

OUTSTANDING PEOPLE

Katie Leahan was a outstanding sales person. We bought one car on Saturday and come Monday we changed our mind on the car and went back. No problem they said and in turn we bought two cars that day. My wife got a new car as well as myself. Joe was great ( manager) Katie just was so pleasant and helpful. I have bought 4 or 5 cars from Fox in Timonium and each time it was a pleasure to deal with any one that was helping us. Thanks Timonium Mr./Mrs. Blount

Fantastic Experience

Had a great experience with this dealership. Scott Doyle is fantastic...never pushy and always upfront and honest. My first interaction with Scott was about 7 months ago after I first inquired. He didn't hound me after our first meeting--which was refreshing. I have had a lot of experience purchasing cars and I can tell you that this was by far the most positive experience I have ever had with a dealer.

Excellent Service, Quality Products- Recommended!

I would like to thank Scott Doyle of Autonation Chevy for being the example not just the industry standard in car purchases and outstanding customer service. I bought my 2008 Silverado Crew Cab from him about a month ago and they've been in touch ever since just to ensure all is well and assist if needed. Scott had me sold by his demeanor and knowledge, because let's be honest...these vehicles can almost sell themselves. I was thoroughly impressed with the facility and also the follow up; which further lead me to believe they value rapport as much as customer satisfaction. I look forward to future dealings with them and can't complain about a single thing when it comes to Autonation Chevy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
