I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruz. I was recommended by a family member to go to Timonium Auto Nation. My first encounter was with Phil Burns. He asked me what I was looking for in a car and follow through with what I wanted explaining everything along the way. Katie L. also explained every detail of my car from test driving it and making sure I understood everything before I pulled off of the lot. Phil in Finance also was a pleasure to meet. He also went over all the finance details with me and made sure I understood before I signed anything. My experience with Auto Nation was excellent. Everyone there made you feel welcome and answered any question you had. The show room looks awesome. Katie L. took me on a tour showing me where each department was and how they could help me if I needed anything for my car. I was a first time car buyer who was very nervous and unsure if I would even be able to purchase. I hate to be hassled and pushed into things. I got a great deal, I got amazing service and I met some really great people in the process. I spent all day at the dealership making decisions and going through the process. Everyone was so patient, friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and I never felt pushed into anything.My sales person, Rob, was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The dealership manager, Phil, was knowledgeable and thorough but efficient so I could get on my way in my brand new car. The financial person I dealt with got me an excellent deal and made me feel special. I would recommend AutoNation Timonium to anyone. I didn't know buying a car could be so easy. If they hadn't been so thorough I would have thought it was too easy, but everyone was so honest, Definitely changed my way of thinking about sales and salesmen in general. They really know the meaning of customer service!

We believe in the value of dealer service, but Autonation Timonium goes above and beyond our expectations. Since 2006, we have purchased 4 vehicles from Autonation, and have come to feel like a member of the family. One thing I never question is the honesty of the service dept. staff. I never feel I am being oversold, and I never question the quality of their work.

If you need just one reason to buy a chevy, that's having the opportunity to deal with auto nation chevrolet ( or as I remember them, fox Chevrolet). When I first moved to America two years ago, I bought my first car which was a pre owned car from them and last month when I desided to get another car I knew they are the first ones that I can count on. I have to admit if it wasn't for them, There was a good chance that i never even consider buying a chevy. They are so friendly, patient, calm and understanding and most importannt of all they don't give you the feeling as if they would do any thing just to sell you something,The feeling you get from many dealerships ! From the minute you walk in every thing you hear is the trouth ( or at least they make you feel that way!) i am absolutely sure when ever I deside to buy another car, that's the first place i'm gonna' go.

Horrible experince. Was one of the first people in and one of the last to leave. Guess they don't like making money to much. Bad customer service,will just let you sit while they take shorter deals. Do not go if buying used. They tell you they can do a price and do not honor it.

I drove an hour and a half to buy my 2012 Tahoe. It was well worth it- like Joe promised! Scott was attentive, professional and very knowledgable. I will definately be back for my next purchase- even if it is in 10 years.

I was greeted upon entering. The paperwork for my scheduled maintenance work was ready for me to sign. Every employee who entered the waiting area spoke to me and asked if there was anything they could do to make me comfortable. The work on my car was completed within the time frame indicated to me. When the work was complete, the work papers were explained to me completely. I paid my bill and left. It was a pleasant experience!

There are no words to express how wonderful my experience with the team of people that worked with me on getting my 2014 Impala. It was as if they knew exactly what I wanted. They really listen to me. Expecting to be at a dealership for a great deal of time as I have in the past, was not what happen in any way. In fact I came back the next day to purchase another car for my daughter. A 2013 Sonic LTZ. I would definitely come back again. I can not thank Joe, Scott and Philip enough for their kindness of getting me started with my new car. They have gone as far as to set our OnStar, going over the new features in the car and explaining all the paper work and my options. It has definitely been the best experience I've had at a dealership. Thank you guys for everything!

I was extremely pleased with my experience at AutoNation. Scott Doyle was the "best"! He was very helpful and always able to answer all of my questions. No one there was at all pushy, or made you hesitant to go onto their lot. Everyone there gets a thumbs up from me! I would definitely recommend AutoNation to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Love my new car!!!
