From the first email with Katie to pulling off the dealership lot Katie was AWESOME!!!! She worked hard to get me the car I HAD to have because I wouldn't settle for a lesser trim model and she made it happen. I was referred by a family member to check out Fox Chevrolet. I was interested in looking at the Chevy Cruze, it is a nice looking car. I was greeted by a team member and I asked to speaked to someone about test driving the Chevy Cruze. I was introduced to Dave Martin. Dave was very friendly and ask question as to what I was looking for in a car. After that Dave took me on a test drive of the Chevy Cruze. The car handle real nice, and good pick up. I absolutely fell in love with the car. After the test drive. Dave and I talk some more about my needs and what kind of payment I was looking for. Dave took my information to Derrick, and they came up with the best way for me to get what I wanted. Dave went over some of the features, to make sure I knew how to work them. On Monday, July 30th. I drove home with my new 2012 Blue Topaz Chevy Cruze. My favorit feature is the auto star. I would recommend the Chevy Cruze to any of my friends. It handles well on the road, gets great gas milage 25/38. Has 10 airbags, onstar, hands free talking, power windows, fold in mirrors, etc. I really love driving my Chevy Cruze LT. Dave also introduce to the Fox Chevrolet Team. I would recommed Fox Chevrolet, everyone one was real nice and was willing to work with me, so I could get a payment that I knew I could work in my budget. This is our best expierence EVER at a dealership. Fox gave us a great price. Test drove a simular vehicle and it was great. They did not have the exact vehicle we wanted on their lot but Charles Ziegler found the vehicle we wanted and made sure it got there. He answered all our questions and made sure we were pleased with our purchase. We never felt preasured or hurried to buy. Also a very friendly staff! We brought our 4 yr. old with us and they treated him so awesome! We will by our next vehicle at Fox!

We recently purchased a new Equinox from the dealer, and they were very helpful with selecting the vehicle we wanted. They did not have it on their lot, so they were abel to get it from another dealer, but they handled that quickly and we had the exact model (with specific options and nothing more/less) that we wanted.

I recently worked with Micheal buying my brand new Silverado. Experience was great from the second we pulled on the lot. The truck I came to see was reserved with my name on it ready for a test drive. Its a pressure free atmosphere at Fox Chevrolet of Timmonium. Micheal was very helpful with the questions I had and my concerns as well, but I never felt as if the Fox team tried to push anything on me.
