Matt, the Finance Manager, did a thorough job of walking me through the sale. The General Manager, Shawn, was available to provide assistance during the entire process. This had to be the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly, informative and went the distance to earn my business. I drove almost 4 hours, I live near Indiana, PA, to purchase my Subaru Ascent and it was well worth the trip. Starting with Chuck taking the time to make and send me a video of the car to Milton working to make all options and numbers work, to Shawn taking the time to chat, to Bill, one of the Service Managers giving me a mini tour of their ultra clean service area to Aaron, (I think) detailing my car to make sure it was just perfect and chatting . . . forgive me if I forgot anyone! I am willing to travel, obviously, for good service at a fair price and these folks delivered!! If you are even considering a Subaru, save your time and just go to Heritage . . . an A++ experience!!

The reason for the review is my exception experience with Emmett Russ. He was able to expertly allay my fears and make the car buying experience less stressful. We were looking for a Subaru Forster 2025 for a while until we met with the sales team of Subaru Owings Mills last Saturday. Ansley R. showed us a relevant video in advance so we could review the main features of it in email. On Saturday, he met with us and spent hours showing and explaining everything in detail. He was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough and likable. Manager, Tavon, made great efforts in price negotiation so that we could gladly accept. By the time we went to Ako, financial manager, it was beyond their store closing time; still he tried hard to inform us of options for Subaru maintenance programs. It was so late so Ako told us we could be back for the extended service purchase. On top of everything, Ansley followed us to our home to get our trade-in Forester title we forgot to bring to the dealer. This is our 3rd Forester and the most impressive experience ever! This Subaru dealer made our car buying easy and pleasant. Thank you for everything!
