A+++++++. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. The people at Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills made me feel so good I bought a car to replace my own with my wife’s same-day purchase. Chuck, Josh and Shawn are superstars in my book. I’d look for a Subaru before anything else because of how these guys represented the product, their knowledge of each of their roles and how fantastically they did in them. They are caring, personable and don’t pressure people into anything. They listen and find a way to help you not sell you. How do I know? I saw them do it for my wife and was so moved I started the purchase process for myself on the spot. I didn’t bring anything with me because I wasn’t planning on it but they’re that good. God bless them all. I’m telling anyone I know looking to buy or lease about these people. They made the best impression on the first try.

Aaron Ringgold and Josh Jones and Greg J were awesome. This is my 4th Subaru from this dealership. This team is A1. They are excellent in their communication with one another and with me. They were upfront with all cost and availability of vehicles. Aaron answered all of my questions as I was on the fence of Forester Hybrid or non- hybrid. He was able to help guide me in my decision. At first, they couldn’t find colors that I liked due to availability however Greg was able to find the color that I initially wanted. Josh Jones has been the finance person on my last three cars. He is awesome. He went over all the options available for leasing vs buying. Heritage Subaru Owings Mills is the place to go for your Subaru car and service is great there too. They have serviced all of my cars.

This had to be the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly, informative and went the distance to earn my business. I drove almost 4 hours, I live near Indiana, PA, to purchase my Subaru Ascent and it was well worth the trip. Starting with Chuck taking the time to make and send me a video of the car to Milton working to make all options and numbers work, to Shawn taking the time to chat, to Bill, one of the Service Managers giving me a mini tour of their ultra clean service area to Aaron, (I think) detailing my car to make sure it was just perfect and chatting . . . forgive me if I forgot anyone! I am willing to travel, obviously, for good service at a fair price and these folks delivered!! If you are even considering a Subaru, save your time and just go to Heritage . . . an A++ experience!!
