Len Stoler would not accept an $11000.

Len Stoler would not accept an $11000.00 down payment using a debit card wire transfer. Claiming $5000.00 is the most they would accept. Len Stoler would only accept $11000.00 via cash or check claiming the 3% fees associated for the use of a debit card as the reason. USAA only charges $20.00 per outgoing transfer, yet Len Stoler wanted to charge me $1100.00 in undisclosed fees. They wanted me to finance the balance thru them the at their finance rate 7.7% even though I had already been approved for a loan 5.50% rate thru USAA

I get my vehicles serviced there and they are prompt and accommodating. The waiting room is comfortable and they offer some beverages and snacks. So the best service experience. Charlie is the best, he keeps you informed throughout the process via text.

Service was mediocre.

Service was mediocre. Salesman trying to make a quick sale and keep it moving. Didn’t even put my rugs in. Still waiting on my tags with no reply from anyone.

My purchase was very quick and easy.

My purchase was very quick and easy. I had spent time looking at a certain model and brought it to Brady’s attention and he helped me find what I was looking for and brought it to my attention as soon as he was able to. I’ve had no issues with the vehicle, Brady and the dealership were able to answer any questions I had thoroughly and efficiently. It did take 2 months to receive my tags, but other than that no issues with the Salesman or Dealer.
