    Liked the ease of making the appointment and the reminders. I was in and out and did not have to spend time waiting to be taken care of. The tech found... a minor problem and after consulting me, handled it and offered preventative suggestions for the future. I also liked the coupon price. It was a great savings!

    The sales manager and salesperson who assisted us were very perceptive and respectful, and did a great job of handling the sale. I was in a position where... I did not need the car and could walk out at any point they fumbled the ball, but they honored their verbal agreements with me to the letter and I felt earned my business in the process.
