Great people and business

My husband and I have purchased two cars through Rich Morton. Both times we worked with Todd McIntyre and he was so helpful and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. I would recommend anyone to purchase a Mazda and go through this dealer. We love our Mazda CX-9 and CX-5!

Excellent Buying Experience!!

Friday night I expressed interest in a certain Mazda. The following morning I had an invitation from Ryan Wiegand that the car was available and I was welcome to come in for a test drive. Upon my arrival, he answered a few questions for me and then handed me the keys and said "let me know what you think". Ryan and his colleagues were exceedingly responsive to my wishes, put me at ease, and did not hover over my shoulder. That same day I left with a new car (exactly meeting my needs) and the anticipation of forming a continuing relationship with people and a business which had already demonstrated a solid understanding of Customer Service!

Great experience

I wanted take a moment to comment on my experience. At a time when true customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I found just the opposite at Rich Morton's. My salesman Shan Marfani couldn't have more helpful. He took the time to make sure that I was able find a vehicle at a payment and price myself and my family could afford. Upon delivery he had the car backed up to the door, cleaned, filled with gas, and toast warm on a snowy evening. Thanks also to Mr Alt the manager, and Eric the finance manager. They all helped me with my unique needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Rich Morton's to my family and friends! Thanks again!

Overall experience

Awful service. No service, including oil changes, have taken less than 3 hours. Their staff also harassed me at work about completing an customer service evaluation BC their bonus depended on it.

Great Dealer & Great Service

I purchased a used Ford Edge in December 2011 from Rich Morton and couldn't be happier with it!!! Even though the the salesman who I worked with is no longer there, the service department has been easy to deal with & has ensured my included services are taken care of. Specifically, Miss Emily Hefner, who even made sure I had a rental car available during my last visit. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with and I appreciate the thoroughness Miss Hefner gives when explaining the notes provided by the technician. I take comfort in knowing what services were done & that they care about me as a customer... a BIG thank you to all the staff at Rich Morton!

Great Experience!!!!

My wife and I have been shopping for a new family car for about a month. Throughout this time we have experienced some of the worst possible customer service by car dealerships, but not with Rich Morton Mazda and its staff. The saleman (Ryan Wiegand) has made our car buying experience simple and easy. Ryan took the time to actually listen to us about what we needed. I can't say that for other dealerships who seem to have an agenda to sell us what they wanted to sell. Also, I must say we did not feel pressure from Ryan to make a purchase at any point. My wife and I do not rush into large purchases, such as a car, and Ryan understood that. In addtition to listening to our needs, he always took the time to explain every little detail from the car's features to the purchase options (lease, finance, cash buy) no matter how many times we asked him to go over those details. Once we decide which car to buy, we are definitely buying from Ryan. With that said, if you are looking for a new or used car, you need to stop by/call/or email Ryan Wiegand.

emily hefner

I did not buy a car on this day because I wanted to shop around but I love the girl Emily that helped me out. She knew what she was talking about and was very nice. I could see as much as she wanted to make a sell she want me to pick the right car for me. I will return just use her again. Thanks for yorur help.

I travelled from North Baltimore to work with a tried and true friend from a closed dealership. Ryan work hard to put me in the right Town Car for the right price. The dealership has always kept its word under the contract and warrantee, and goes the extra mile for the customer. The concierge service is a real plus -- ATTABOY RICH MORTON CREW!

Everyone at this dealership are always helpful and efficient. Everytime I bring my car to this dealership for checkups and repairs, it is ready when promised, the appointment times are kept, the work is done right and I can trust that when I get into my car with my family it is safe.
