I purchased a 2017 Crosstrek. I really appreciate the low pressure sales and how knowledgeable the salesperson was. I got one on one attention for as long as needed. I dropped one star for buying experience because I had to wait a couple hours to sign papers. I understand they were shorthanded that day, it happens. I think a little consolation gift would have been nice... A full tank of gas perhaps. But overall a positive experience.
