I stopped in just doing my initial shopping for a used Honda Civic. Mr. Derrick Showacre was my salesman and what a great salesman he was! Very knowledgeable and personable, and it made the experience great! I came in only to look, and I left with a PERFECT CAR in no time at all.

I went to Heritage Honda to see some vehicles that I had seen online. Rob Jacobson greeted us upon entering the showroom and was very helpful. I explained that i was looking to trade in my vehicle in an attempt to lower my monthly payments. I was asking for a lot for very little. Rob Jacobson gave real advice and did not pressure me for a sale at any point. He went the extra mile to find a vehicle that I loved and still remain within my budget. After seeing some used cars, Rob could tell that I was looking for something more. We found the perfect vehicle, a used 2015 CRV that fit my needs/wants perfectly. The vehicle was priced a little higher than would fit my budget but Rob fought to get the vehicle I wanted to fit within my budget. I would recommend Heritage Honda to everyone looking for a no pressure car sales environment. All the staff were friendly, accomidating and dedicated to making the customer happy.

Initially started working with Derrick Showacre to purchase a Certified pre-owned Odyssey. That vehicle had a strong air freshener odor from a previous dealership. Heritage did their best to remove that odor, but when we came back there was still some odor left on the floor mats. Rather than letting us walk away as unhappy customers, they quickly made us a fabulous deal on a new Odyssey. No high pressure sales or extras tacked on, just a quick deal that worked out to our advantage. Derrick, the Herritage management, and finance office all won our trust and turned a potentially frustrating outcome into a very positive experience with significant effort to "keep the customer happy". Both Derrick and the sales manager followed up with phone calls to ensure everything was fine with our new van. I highly recommend this dealership!
